Andy was able to come out to replace my back windshield within 24 hours of calling him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Reasonably priced and came to my house. He cleaned up all the shattered glass in my car as well! 10/10 will call him again if I need any of my windows fixed!

First of all, he arrived on time, which is a huge plus in my book. He then proceeded to quickly diagnose the problem with my windshield and fix it, which is a lot more than I can say about the company before him that came to my house 4 times and still did not get it right. I am thankful for a quick, efficient, job well done.

I happened to be at an emergency response seminar in NC from out of town, on a Saturday, when my rear window shattered out of nowhere. I called everywhere and every other shop was either closed or had to order it (despite it being a common vehicle/subaru forester). Andy called me back and was able to make it happen, despite me being an hour away. I will be forever grateful for the quick action of NC auto glass while being out of town! They saved the day when no one else would!

I called NC Auto Glass this morning after my driver's door window shattered on my way to work. Every other place I called was completely booked - most places had openings 2 days from now. They were very responsive and worked to fit me in the same day. They arrived promptly and were fast and professional, and even vacuumed up the broken glass from my car! Replacing the entire window was done in less than an hour. I am so appreciative of their service during this stressful event and was thrilled with the result. This is the second time the awesome folks at NC Auto Glass have worked on my windshield. The first time my windshield was replaced, the second was a chip fix. The level of communication, speediness, ease of working with my insurance, and promptness on the day of the appointment made both experiences a pleasure. I live in an ongoing construction zone, so more glass dings may be in my future, but I definitely know whom to call if and when they happen!
