National Auto Glass & Window Tinting

I recently had the pleasure of working with National Window Tint to get a wrap and window tinting done on my car. As an out-of-town buyer, I was a bit apprehensive about the process, but I can honestly say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dave, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The quality of work on my car was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. A few weeks after the job, I noticed a minor issue with the tinting that was covered under warranty. Even though I wasn’t local, Dave went above and beyond by coordinating with a shop close to my home to get it repaired quickly and without any hassle. For anyone considering using National Window Tint, especially if you're coming from out of town, I highly recommend them. The level of service, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Dave and his team made the entire process smooth and worry-free, and I’m thrilled with the results.

Take everything out your car before you let them in your vehicle. Husband took my car here to get my windows tinted. I leave a mini jewelry pouch in my armrest incase I forget something at home. When my husband brought my car back we noticed all my gold jewelry was missing from the bag except the 1 piece that was silver. Never doing business at this place again. Saw a previous review saying similar things also.

Bad experience!! Its a story to tell but il try to make it short...overall i spent 700 on my nissan pathfinder all windows with ceramic film .they had to redo so far 4 windows , they left cuts on my back window, scratches on my sunroof , my visor stip was cut too short had to redo that..been there 3 times for fixes and need to go back on more time for them to get my back window right....i wish i never went to them.my fault for not waiting on archer auto glass....this place is really dirty, not enough lightning in the work place no wonder they dont see their mistakes. Save your money go somewhere else.

This place does excellent work! The prices are reasonable, and actually I'll say that they are more than fair. My brother has been using this business for years and even recently needed one broken window replaced & tinted, it was completed in less than 90 minutes. I myself had all the tint removed from 5 windows because I wanted something alittle darker.. total was $300 for 4 hours of work! You can't beat the quality work, professionalism, and prices this place has to offer. I would highly recommend this place time and time again. Plus, it's located in Elmwood Park and there are several establishments within walking distance to go grab a bite to eat or to have a cocktail while you're waiting for your car to be completed.

Terrible Customer service, with extremely poor warranty! Look else where most places have life time warranty. My warranty expired 5 days after I finally took it in and didn’t honor warranty let alone you could totally tell it was messed up for a while, I just didn’t have the time to take it in. It’s not about the money it the principal of keeping a customer. Let alone they lost the business of my new car and I won’t recommend to ANYONE.
