Had to have the windshield replaced on my '21 Jeep Wrangler. New England Auto Glass was recommended by Goss Jeep. They did a great job installing the OEM glass replacement, and even were able to transfer over the VT inspection sticker. Scheduled a windshield replacement 4 days in advance and was told by both the insurance company and New England Auto Glass that they would need to do calibration. Took a day off to go there and work was done but without the calibration because, after the fact, they said they weren't equipped to do it. No additional help or consideration offered. Just an indifferent and surly sorry and sign here.
