Do not use this company for windshield replacement!!! I had my windshield replaced by this company and unfortunately, they broke my dash cam during the process. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or fix the damage. Instead, they blamed the issue on the type of dash cam I have and even pointed to negative reviews about that model as an excuse. My dash cam was in perfect working condition before they replaced the windshield. Their customer service from the owner was terrible, and they showed zero accountability for the damage they caused. I do not recommend this company.

First time wit Mt. Zion. They were recommended to from a family member. I was very impress from our first conversation. Very quick service...friendly and professional including the techs. Very pleased with the job that was done. Another really big plus for me and I'm sure others as well, they cleaned up the broken glass while the window was out. Thanks guys!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I work for a dealership in the service department and used them to install a sunroof glass piece. It took three tries for the install due to parts coming in incorrectly, but each time they were professional and understanding. Once we were finally able to get everything in, they installed the part excellently and quickly. Thank you New Zion Auto Glass! Y'all are the greatest! Will 100% recommend!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesSunroof glass replacement

It takes a little while to get them out due to them being shorthanded like everyone else during COVID, and it is understandable in these times I stick with new Zion, as a return customer, because I was able to get Carlite (Ford) glass, installed on site at short notice, at a very good price. Jason did is personable, hard working and took care if my severely cracked front windshield. He went the extra mile to clean up the surface rust where the window seals on my old truck, and made sure everything seals good. With companies like Safelite, you don't know what kind of experience level you are getting, and the glass quality is poor. Small Businesses like New Zion are the way to go. It was worth the wait.

I took my car here to get the windshield replaced, and afterward, my dash cam was completely damaged. When I brought this up, the staff refused to take any responsibility and wouldn’t repair it. Instead, they blamed the dash cam itself, claiming it’s known for breaking easily and even pointed to online reviews about the device as proof. This was frustrating because my dash cam was in perfect condition before the replacement. Overall, their customer service especially from the owner was disappointing, with zero accountability. I wouldn’t trust them with anything valuable. Update: As you can see this company based on the reply in their review continuously refuse to take any responsibility for breaking the customer's property. How would I break the camera when removing it from the windshield when I wasn't the one who removed it prior to the windshield replacement? That doesn't make any sense, as it was removed by the technician during the service. It was when I tried to put it back on the windshield, because I noticed they didn't days after that it was completely snapped from the attachment piece. The customer service is actually mind-blowing to me. My insurance company received all pictures and saw that I was due compensation. Why couldn't the company(New Zion Auto Glass) see the same thing and make it right to the PAYING customer.

I spoked with Mary she called the insurance company to set things up. Then she stated the she would try to find a technician to fit me in, and that is what happened, someone came that same day my window was broken. The technician was very professional, clean and polite. The job was done in my drive way. The technician cleaned up the broken glass afterward. I have a Honda this company was recommended by Honda of Columbia. ThanksPositivePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto rear window replacement
