The shop took real good care of My truck. They noticed a much needed minor repair and took care of it for me while the truck was in the warm shop so I did not have to do it outside in the 10 degree temps.They were accurate with my appointment and the timeframe for the windshield replacement. Very thorough and professional with all communication. The price was very fair and the quality was fantastic! They will always be my place for glass repairs and replacement.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was a option. I went in for my sunroof because it leaked if it rained super hard. They said the drain was broken and nothing they could do about it. My truck is a manual and they did not know how to drive it, I had to show them since they would not let me drive it. I could hear them revving my truck up in the shop and also slipping my clutch trying to move it around, there are new scrapes and gouges in my interior plastic trim along with my door cards being all wet, a muddy shoe print on my seat, and they did not care to drive the vehicle slowly through the parking lot and just had horrible service minus the nice lady at the desk. Also still charged me for everything even though I got my truck back in worse condition then it was in when it went into there shop. Definitely will be taking my future business to a different shop!

My back window broke on a Sunday night and sent an email that night. Monday morning, I got a quick call back about my inquiry for a back window replacement. They had me scheduled for Tuesday and suggested that I come in to make sure that they had the right sizing because I wasn't 100% sure about my back glass sizing. I came in as suggested, and they were able to get my back window fixed that Monday evening! I'm so grateful and happy with both their customer and mechanical services! I would highly recommend Nick's Auto Glass! I would definitely come back again if I ever need services again!

Well I was late for my appointment but Nick and he staff graciously greeted me and my pup. Took the suv around and got to work putting in my new windshield. Then I was informed that my next stop needed to be a tire shop because I had a flat. They said they would air it up for me but then contacted The closest one which was closing in 40 mins, took off my tire, had the tire store fix it and they brought it back and put it back on my car . The windshield looks beautiful and I had a safe clear drive back to Ninilchik. Talking about going above and beyond! Their kindness was so unexpected and so appreciated. Thank you sooo much! I would recommend them to everyone. Also their waiting area is cute and comfortable too.

I wanted to get our trucks windshield done while my husband was gone so I could surprise him. I feel like I kind of got sucked in, because at first the lady I called said they usually had the type we needed in stock, then called about an hour later and said they didn’t have it but could have it within the next two days (so I went ahead and ordered, had to pay upfront), then she called about 30 minutes after I had paid and said it wouldn’t be in for a week. (Ruined my surprise, she could’ve made sure before I paid that I would get it on time) I tried to cancel it but was basically guilted, being told that I could cancel it but Nick would have to pay for it. ( I tried to cancel within an hour of paying, seems like they could’ve cancelled it pretty easily.) The actual windshield change only took about 30 minutes, so that was nice. We did notice after we left that around the bottom edge there was lots of uneven plastic wraps & some other stuff that wasn’t there before. The seal seems just fine, just doesn’t look as nice as it did before we got it done.

Nick’s Auto Glass is the very best! Sheila Went over and above to track down my windshield, specific to the one year needed for our limited edition Jeep from lower 48 sources. She promised me “the next time you hear from me, your windshield will be here for installation!” Sure enough that’s just what happened! The glass installation professionals were very excellent and polite and the job was completed perfectly and in short order. I recommend Nick’s above any competitor. You will be very happy if you choose them, just like we are.
