Highly recommend this place, they found my glass in about 30 seconds after i got hung out to dry by another local glass repair company. The guys that work there are all friendly, easy to talk to. Talk about service....when they found my glass, they asked me if i can bring the car over now, i couldnt believe it. I dropped car off next morning and it was ready to go in no time. Thanks again to Brian at the desk, and the gentleman who worked on my glass replacement. Thanks Adam for great service. Go here if ya need glass replaced, plain and simple.

Northeast auto glass were great. They were able to get me in the very next morning after calling for a new windshield. They did all the work for me through my insurance so I didn't have to deal with it. 3 hours after dropping my car off it was installed and calibrated. The window looks great, no leaks or issues and all the sensors are working as they should. It was a very simple easy experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Today, as I was crossing into Pennsylvania, I picked up a chip in my windshield. Unfortunately, windshields have become a recurring hassle for me, especially with repairs often costing around $1,000 or counting against your insurance deductible. That’s why finding the right auto glass company is more important than ever. I was headed toward Wilkes-Barre and searched for nearby repair shops. That’s when I came across Northeast Auto Glass. From the first phone call, their customer service was excellent, and their pricing was very reasonable. When I arrived, I was impressed right away by how clean and well-maintained the facility was—it gave me immediate confidence in their professionalism. Brian took a look at the damage and got to work immediately. I truly appreciated the prompt, friendly, and efficient service. I had a huge crack on my windshield, shopped around was getting quotes between $700-$1,500 which is ridiculous. I went on google started doing some research and came upon Northeast Auto glass. Left a message and within 15 mins I received a call back from Brian. He asked me questions no other auto glass place asked me. He suggested I go thru my insurance ( which I didn't know I could do) he called on a three way guided me thru the whole process. Took my car in and within 2 hrs my replacement glass was done. Would highly recommend this place! I was recommended from someone who had been here & let me just say they’re worth every penny. I’m very BIG on customer service & every question I had, Adam answered it with no problem. Never once did he make me feel I was being annoying with any of my million & one questions that I was asking him. He gave me the run down on everything, the moment he actually seen my car he knew the problem instantly. That tells me ALOT about a business. BRIAN is the one who actually worked on my car & the moment I came to see the my car fixed he immediately started giving me the run down on everything about the car that he seen (things I didn’t know about my car). This company has very good knowledge in what they’re doing. Again customer service was 10/10. I would recommend & will definitely be seeing them again if I needed to.

Joshua who did a full detailing on my 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe. He did an AWESOME job. The car was beat inside and out. I have been taking my dog to work for 10+ years and there was hair everywhere. When he was done there is not a hair to be found. The 17 year old (230,000 miles) car now looks like it just came off the show room when I bought it in 2008. My headlights were so cloudy you could not see out of them, and I tried everything sold on the internet to clear them up to no avail. He made them as clear as daylight almost like he put brand new headlight lens's in. The exterior paint shines like brand new and the tire rims are completely cleaned and polished. I can't say enough about his work and would highly recommend this place.
