This shop may damage your car. We saw the reasonably high rating and liked the mix of cost and film products offered by this shop. We dropped the car (2021 Mercedes Benz CLA) off on July 19 and had the service done, and saw a lot of moisture and were told it would dry out. A week later, we saw many small air bubbles remaining, so on August 2, we returned to the shop to get them to reinstall it. They did so without additional cost or hassle. The second job looked much better when we arrived to collect the vehicle but is still not perfect (small gap above dashcam). That night while driving the vehicle, we noticed the front ambient lighting (accent lights and vent lights) weren't working. We took it to a dealership to get it diagnosed because we thought it would be a warranty issue, but they determined it was due to water damage from water during the tint job. They showed me the corrosion damage on the small circuit board behind the instrument cluster, and how water has come out of various sections of the trim. It seemed pretty obvious it was due to the windshield tint install. The dealer quoted cost was $2000 to repair (5-6 dealership hours). The shop insists you bring the car to them so they can resolve the issue with aftermarket parts and their own partners, and claims to have no insurance. I wanted the issue fixed properly, so I declined their fix, and requested insurance information and offered them the chance to visit the dealer to look at it. They told me they did not have any, and to speak with the owner. I requested to meet the owner and discuss with him, and after some difficulty was eventually able to meet. He denied liability and told me to go to court. If you want quality work done or value your car, avoid this place.

Took my Honda in after a bum broke my passenger window took them 2.5 hours to “fix” and was told not to roll down my window because my “window motor was going out” after a couple of days I finally roll down my window and it won’t go back in place correctly when rolling back up, so I took my car back and asked for help, Manager told me that it’s not them it’s my “window motor/regulator” his guys “would not leave any parts undone” so he’s blaming my car for being the issue and not his shop, he did recommend me to bring my car to his shop on another day when he would be present so they can revise the work, I was honestly upset that I have to take more time off for a third time to fix the same issue, never went back, went to the local junkyard instead and was able to buy an OEM Honda window with tint for $50 with warranty against break ins (Go Figure) took my door panel apart and noticed 1.upper door speaker was left unplugged 2. Bottom Door light was also left unplugged 3. One of the Two screws that hold up my window wasn’t fastened so I think that’s why the window wasn’t rolling up properly, Took me 10 minutes off a YouTube video, it’s probably what I get for choosing the place that was $45 cheaper lobby was clean but work was either rushed or lack of care and supervision if you like your car I highly suggest taking it elsewhere.

I usually don't leave reviews but I felt I had to share my experience. Took my new tesla model 3 that I just had bought from tesla here. Had the xpel black installed all around. Upon driving back I noticed the front camera mount broke. Talked to Steve the owner I believe and he stated to come back for a repair and an additional warranty for rock chips for my time. Upon waiting, I decided to get it fixed through tesla since I wanted good work done. I had also noticed a lumpy speaker dash I wanted repaired as well. I then told Steve to return the model 3 mount. He was not happy with this and told me he would not reimburse me for the repair and no longer offered me the rock chip warranty. He stated he could not return the part which I do not know if it is true or not. Anyway, Upon further inspection I noticed the tints have bubbles and scratches as seen in the pictures. Overall I am not happy with this service as I came back with damage to my car which I fixed through tesla along with tints that have bubbles and scratches. I am now worried and cautious about even going back due to the level of service.

Our windshield crack was about 4 inches starting at the passenger top edge. We were observed the crack was lengthened every time driving in 2 days. Researching about safety and regulation when driving with the crack, we decided to replace our windshield which was 6 inches. Google showed us some glass shop near us then we went to OC windshields for a replacement. We came there at 9:30 A.M on Thursday, this small shop faces I-5 not hard to find with the help of Google maps. talking with a nice receptionist named Jasmine inside she told us that soonest for available appointment was 11:00. We didn’t have any important thing to do than the safety of ourselves with the crack, so we told Jasmine that we would wait. She told me that if the technician can fix our windshield sooner she would noticed them. We gave her our appreciation about that. When asking about types of windshield she said only one after market which later I knew is from China. I myself prefer American made. There are some couches for customer, a TV with Netflix casting a BBC blue whale movies. There are some wooden games for kids and a coffee percolator for adults. The toilet is clean. While waiting we observed many Chinese windshields from FUYAO glass industry group which would be replaced for its customers like ourselves. Our new China made windshield costed us $220, which is almost same as our Honda original one except the logo on the lower right of the windshield. We could pay by cash, credit or debit. Luckily, our windshield was completely fixed at 10:45. Jasmine told us don’t wet our windshield for 2 days and we have lifetime warranty for air or water leaking.
