OK Tint & Auto Glass

I talked to the receptionist the day before coming in first thing in the morning... when I got there, no one was there...I drove up and down 29th st. waiting on them to open at 9 a.m., but no one showed so I just went across the street to Primo's and they got started on my car right away...They were even kind enough to give me a discounted price after hearing my dilemma...Primo's is the way to go!!!

A few months ago I got my window glass replaced but they scratched my 2022 vehicle they should be more careful when removing it. I went back to the place the next day since they went to put the glass at the location I was at but they said they are not responsible for the damage because of the tools they use but I never signed an agreement stating that, if only I knew in the first place that could of been a risk now my car has a deep scratch by the window & it’s noticeable.

These guys are fantastic! I live in Norman and we got slammed with hail about a week ago and you can’t get in anywhere. A neighbor told me about this place and I went as soon as I could! They got me in right away, but they’re also offering on-site services to your location in Norman just because they know we need it! I’ve also overheard conversations about tint and they sound very knowledgeable. I took one of my vehicles there to get the windows tinted I opted for the ceramic one since they had good reviews. I got my vehicle and was impressed with the job so I decided to take another vehicle to get the windows tinted. The second car I didn’t opt for the ceramic and it had some bubbles in the film since I usually know they go away I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward a few days they don’t go away so I call them up and asked if they’d take a look at it and they did and I was told that film has no warranty and that those bubbles were caused by our pike pass sticker. The lady told me that they’ll take if off for the same price it cost me to install it. I honestly feel kind of surprised that I paid for a tint and couldn’t get it fixed. I would recommend to everyone if you get a tint there try to only get their high end products because it’s the only thing they warrant

Worse place to go to, unprofessional special the lady in the front desk, she ask ne how I would want my tint, I ask to give me recommendations, then she show me the sample, then I pick the 15%and the 20% on the passenger window, she said they are almost just the same so let her do 15%, after my done it’s kinda dark to me, I returned my car back to a week after coz there’s a bubble on the film, she take a look on my car and they gonna change the tint and I ask her if they can do it a little lighter, and she said they can only go by the warranty which is 5%, then I was like I didn’t ask for 5% I pick the 15% , evidently she choose the % tint that is put on my car. And my car still have bubbles on the tint, worse place.

Came in with my rear window tint bubbling (bought the car 3 years ago and the window were already tinted). They were courteous, fast, and professional. $100 to remove the old tint and install the new tint, and completely done in 30 minutes.
