My experience was top-tier from the beginning until the end! I called them around 11:00am and my car window was replaced by 12:30pm. They quoted me a fair price upfront with no extra surprises once the job was complete. They also sent me pictures of the process so I could see everything. I am so appteciative this company and I would HIGHLY recommend them! 5 stars were earned for sure!

My front windshield had a crack in it. I called Oak Lawn Auto Glass Repair to see if they had the windshield in stock they didn't that night it was around 730ish but he told me he would have it in the morning and they would come to me to fix it and that's just what they did. The guys they sent was amazing on time ( a little early actually) they we're polite and got straight to work. Also, the fellas working didn't leave a message they cleaned up after themselves. The price they quoted was reasonable as well. They informed me how long until I can wash the car. This shop is reliable, fast and informative. And work is superb.

My drivers side window made a noise and the window fell down and wouldn’t go back up. I called 5 places before I called Ceasar and Ceasar was the only one that took the time to guide me into a solution instead of giving me a run around and “I don’t know we’d have to take a look first”. Caesar told me exactly the part I needed, and was at my house within an hour of getting the part. Took him less than an hour to fix it. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and even answered some other questions I had about other issues going on with my car. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

My sister needed her back window replaced. I was looking for a place near her home and discovered Oak Lawn Auto Glass Repair on line. After reading the reviews I called and was pleasantly surprised to speak with Caesar who rescued me by offering to go to my sisters house that day to replace her window! I was overwhelmed by his kindness and professionalism! He gave me a quote which was another surprise and quickly picked up the replacement window and headed to my sister’s home. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to do business with a company that knows how to treat their customers! Their prices are extremely reasonable and not meant to clean out your bank account! Very professional, kind and personable! Improper install caused water to leak into my car. Excessive sealant used, which they got onto my car's paint and both of my a pillar's fabric. They also broke my plastic windshield cowl. Claimed they would come out on a agreed upon date, then they didn't come out to fix their mess. Had to charge back through my bank to get a refund. I highly recommend avoiding the headache and poor service quality that you'll receive when going with this company. They also hide their LLC to avoid BBB complaints.

My experience with Oak Lawn Auto Glass Repair was great. Both guys who came out were very professional and nice. They got the job done within 30 mins and they came to my home to fix my windshield thankful for the mobile service. I would use their services again for the future and I would recommend them.
