Only 1 Auto Glass

The first guy i encountered was friendly and nice and got to work right away. Second guy was a dishonest bold face liar. Told me that the cover over my mirror was already off and sitting in my cup holder… I pretty much live in my truck as I use it for work. Don’t look at me in the face and make something up and then double down with a smirk on your face when I call you out. The problem is my mirror was not placed on correctly and so the cover that goes from mirror to head liner didn’t fit properly. And that’s 100% on them and the fact that he lied straight to my face is baffling. Don’t do business with dishonest people.

Generally, I only write positive reviews and places that I don't have good experiences with. I just don't go back. I had never heard of the company, but it was highly recommended by my insurance agent. So, like most people do today, I went online and read the reviews. I saw one that concerned me about a mirror cover not being replaced and the customer being lied to. But I thought I would trust my agent. Well, when I got there, I wasn't impressed with the waiting area and should have taken that as cue. No receptionist or a visible bathroom. But I get it, it helps to save cost in this economy. I was greeted by the window technician whom I exchanged keys with and took the loaner car. He said it would be about an hour and a half. Soon after, my wife got a call that my car was ready. When I got there, I was told that the collision safety system was not able to be calibrated, and I would need to come back for another appointment. I asked when, and he said that my wife would get an email with the information. I just bought the car a few months ago, new with only 34 miles on it, and the safety features were a big part of that purchase. When I got home, my wife told me that they had to get another windshield from the Nissan dealership because the new one they put in was defective. And it would be almost a week to get another appointment. Suff happens. I just didn't get why they couldn't tell me that when I picked it up. They lied to me that it just needed to be calibrated. They said nothing about having to put a second windshield in. When I went for the second appointment, the technician gave me the keys again for the loaner and said he would call when it was done. I said the number you have is my wife's, to which he said why is it not the person who is dropping off the car but he would get a pencil to take my number. I should have said, " If it was fixed the first time, I would not have to be there dropping it off again," but I didn't. He said it would be an hour, and it was less than that to get it fixed this time. When I returned after his call, I sensed that he may have been aware of how I felt about the early interaction and was friendly. They did a great job the second trip, and if they didn't lie the first time, I would use them again. But like I said earlier, I wouldn't go back to any place where I didn't get the quality I expected the 1st time.

The people who replace my windshield, did a great job, and my insurance recommended them.

They were able to get a windsheild for my car even though parts are super hard to find, worked well with my insurance, very friendly people highly recommend.

Did a very good job, very quickly but they put the wrong windshield on, but at least knocked off 20$. I’ll go here again.
