PGW Autoglass-Raleigh

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have had 2 windshields from them that were both delivered not in a box and were both scratched. I have been trying for a month to get them to pick them up. They finally picked up one but not the other. Every time I call the lady answering the phone is extremely rude and very unhelpful.
