I recommend Pro Auto Glass. Jose was prompt, professional and did excellent work for less than half the quote from Safelight. I called late Saturday evening and was scheduled for Monday morning between 9 and 10am. Jose arrived at 8:53am. Being on-time is unusual for this kind of service, and being early is an unexpected value. For full-coverage repairs, I’ve used Safelight as they are the preferred vendor for USAA, but for non-covered repairs, if you’re footing the bill, I think you will also prefer Pro Auto Glass. Same quality. Same materials. Same expertise. Just without the expense of brand name advertising. Go with Pro Auto Glass.

Jose did such an amazing job!! I got a pretty big crack in my windshield from some construction debris while driving on 285. I called my insurance and a couple of chains (Safelite, etc.) and was quoted upwards of $300+. Jose had amazing customer service - he was flexible on scheduling, and came bright and early on a Sunday morning. He was fast, and the windshield replacement was impeccable. Here is my experience called on a Sunday morning when all other glass shops were closed. Was greeting by a positive person answering who promptly scheduled me for Monday. He even asked me of my preference and gave a time range of 1 hour, wow. The tech came repaired my windshield gave me a receipt and left within 45 min. Today it’s raining and guess what no dripping. Now I understand why they get so many 5 star ratings. Highly recommend this company!

I had Pro Auto Glass come out on 10/10/2023 for a leak in the back window of my 1999 Ford Ranger. After it was fixed I noticed one day when I was going to drive the truck the first of the year, as I don't drive it that much, that water was still leaking from the same spot. I texted Jose, but he never responded. He did answer my calls twice. He suggested that I take it to a body shop. I did not understand if there was a chance what you were doing would not fix the leak, why wasn't that made clear to me before hand. As well no water was ran on the back window before or after to see where it was coming from, and if it was fixed. I paid $185 and still had the same problem. I finally took the truck to a body shop, after removing the headliner,and they recommended I look at the third brake light above the back window. And if that was not the problem, the rear window would need to be removed, cleaned all around a re-sealed. Pro auto glass probably do a good job replacing glass, but I had a horrible experience with them. I could have accepted if I was told upfront that was they were doing might not fix the issue.

He does a good job most of the time, but lately he has been in a rush and he is very stingy with the glue. When it came time for him to fix it, he said he would take the window out and reseal it. Instead he just put more glue under the window. Not sure if that fixed the leak, but I could have did that while I was waiting a whole month for him to fix the other half of my semi-truck window. Jose is a nice guy, but don’t be afraid to go somewhere else. He kind of lost my friendship this time around, because he made it so embarrassing for me to get him to get it done. Next time, I will just bite the bullet, and go somewhere else.
