This is the first time I've posted any review but Park Auto Glass rates a thumbs up. My 63' Biscayne suffered two previous attempts to install new rubber on the windshield and back glass. Although one shop came with lots of referrals, both times my car came back a mess, and the bright trim was bent to boot. The boys not only did a great job but fixed the chrome and charged me LESS that the other two. Just don't go anywhere else, especially if you own an older ride.

Came here to fix cracked windshield. The guy started using a drill on my windshield crack (crack is about size of quarter) and hubs and I were sitting there feeling worried and confused but the guy insisted it’s to ‘open back up to allow the resin to fill in’. He was drilling until close to drilling right through the glass, and he’s old so I figure maybe he’s got the experience but he really doesn’t know because the resin took away the crack but not the hole he drilled. We asked him about the hole and his answer was that’s how it is. We googled after and found it that drill is only used only if resin didn’t work the first time to open it back up. So came here to fix a easily fixable crack but ended up with a hole that wasn’t there to begin with, not fixable anymore, and had to pay $65 for it 😡 “The proper procedure is to first use the razor blade edge to pick out the plug…Never ever go down to the laminate. Just peck the drill bit into the pit until open and only penetrate less than half of the first layer of glass…drill all the way down to the lamination and windshield’s safety has been compromised and it should be replaced and not repaired”

I got the run around with two other companies including the dealership. Just a simple phone call with RJ regarding my windshield and I could tell that Park Auto is a fantastic company with pride in what they do. He was genuine, kind, and extremely honest. Told me I could bring my vehicle in so he can take a look at it to help me figure out and pinpoint the issue I am having. I felt completely satisfied with everything he told me and I am looking forward to bringing my car in. Thank you RJ!

Came here after reading several of the reviews. It was for a small job on my classic car. RJ stopped what he was doing and jumped right on the repair by securing the chrome frame to my driver's window. His charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.ServicesService not listed

My car's windshield cracked by a freeway pebble in the morning, and I was able to get an appointment at Park Auto Glass in the afternoon. RJ was quick and knowledgeable and finish the repair in an hour. RJ was friendly and likes to chuckle...nothing wrong with that.
