Patsco Windshield Repair

I went by to the Potranco location this morning for a rock chip on my windshield & Joe was very professional in his work he performed. Explained the process before giving him the ok to proceed with the repair. Great service & quick. Will return if ever need your service again. Thanks Joe.

I had gotten a small rock chip a month after getting it replaced so went by patsco to get it looked at. Technician Kayla helped me out and fixed it right up and fast. Finally now I don't have to worry about that small Crack spreading like it did my other vehicle. I'll be back if/when I get another Crack in my windshield

Please folks never use this sham of a business. They set appointments and then close without notice. Lesson learned always go to their competitor Safelight or similars franchises service. Oh yeah, almost forgot to say when you call back to ask where the technician is for the appointment you scheduled 15 min before your arrival, they say oh he had to leave early today. Come back tomorrow. Then the little girl answering the phones say, you must of spoken to someone else who said we were open, it wasn’t me. I told her nope it was you and your lying. Same number same voice. NEVER GO TO A PERSON STATIONED IN A TENT CLAIMING TO FIX A ROCK CHIP IN A WINDOW.

I had been looking for a place to address the chip in my windshield for almost a year. When I came across Patsco (Joe) I did a full 180 in my SUV. I only had a tiny chip but I didn’t want it to spread since I have a radar attached to my windshield and to replace the entire thing would cost thousands. Joe had me in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I took my car in for a star chip that was about an inch tall and wide. Thought it'd be a good idea to "stop the spread." The specialist was nice, but unfortunately did pretty significant damage to the windshield during the process. I spoke with the manager today and their response to me was "that's what glass does." I felt like my concerns were dismissed and not heard. The manager was rude and unapologetic. Now I have a major crack that runs half way up my windshield, obstructs my view of the road and will have to pay to get the entire windshield replaced.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Gabriel on Potranco did an awesome job repairing our windshield on our Tacoma. We had a rock hit a couple days ago and the crack just started spreading. Our only regret was not bringing it sooner. Gabriel didn’t rush the job, was very friendly, and made sure to let us know there was a warranty.
