My husband needed his front windshield replaced. I was recommended through the dealership to contact Penske Auto Glass. It was a good decision, because Samantha was my contact through the process from the insurance company to the dealership. She kept me informed and updated when the glass became available. Communication is very important to me and Samantha was a great communicator. She made the process easy. I highly recommend Penske Auto Glass. Totally professional company.

I recently had to get my windshield replaced on my Honda Passport, and I'm really glad I reached out to Michaela at Penske Rapid Repair. From the start, she was super professional and courteous. It was refreshing how quickly she responded to my questions, which made the whole process so much easier. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Jesus was AWESOME! SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND VERY QUICK! They used OEM PARTS on my AUDI A6 They are AWESOME! I hightailed recommended. Again Jesus was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I was surprised at how quickly he did a full replacement. SUPER IMPRESSIVE! They are worth it! Needed replacement and they were there the following day with an uber professional install! AGAIN JESUS IS THE MAN!

I have had my last 3 cars looked after by Sam and her team at Penske glass and as someone who has had many different employees and customer service experiences - Sam & Mark are bye far and away the best. They literally are the epitome of what customer services for example, one time when my windshield need replaced I also Had mentioned that my brake fluid light was on, so Sam had the technician bring a gallon jug of Land Rover brake fluid. That was the spec needed for my Range Rover without even letting me know It. With the countless rocks lining all of the freeways in Arizona and the countless windshield companies to match - I will never have any car that needs glass repair that I will not reach out to Sam directly first to make sure the job is getting done properly on time and typically far beyond expectation!

My daughter’s Mini suffered a huge crack across 3/4 of the windshield along with numerous pits. Penske Glass replaced it with an OEM windshield at my place of business quickly with no mess and no fuss. My experienced associate assured the work was done right, and I gained insight as to how to approach a couple of my other cars that are a little more complicated. They use only the best glass, even if it’s not OEM, because it’s Penske, of course.

Best place to call if you need your whole windshield replaced. I used them twice to get my windshields replaced on two cars. Damn AZ rocks. They work with your insurance and make replacement so easy. The repair tech comes to an authorized auto dealer near you to do the replacement. They replace the windshield and perform any calibration needed. The customer service is top notch! Highly recommend using them.
