What can I say besides Auto Glass Championship goes to Pfaff’s hands 🙌🏾 down. There’s a reason they’ve been in business for 100+ yrs The starting line up is Doug(owner) Brian (master wizard pitcher) Bill (grand slam fixer) you walk in as a customer & leave as a family member. This establishment far exceeded all expectations of professionalism. The pricing 5star workmanship 5star office staff 5star This isn’t a fast food auto glass company like all the others if you want cheap low quality work definitely go to the others. If you want 100% quality go to Pfaff’s. If I continue writing this will turn into a best seller because that’s what I received the best !! Thank you to the entire Pfaff’s World champion all Star ⭐️ team

Had a leaky windshield seal that would leak down my driver side pillar (visible factory defect where urethane did not make contact with the contact patch). Asked to have it resealed, so water would stop pooling up in my floorboard. Quoted 150 for a reseal, and 331 if the windshield broke during removal (I understand windshield removal isn't always possible). Scheduled the replacement for the next day at 4pm, giving them enough time to receive a replacement windshield so in the event that it cracked, I would still be able to drive away. So far so good. Next day I arrive and wait 40 minutes for them to figure out they ordered the wrong windshield. Supposedly it's automated based on the vehicle, and somehow the work order made a mistake and ordered the wrong windshield. Okay, no biggie. 315 for the correct windshield, even better. Scheduled for the next day again for 4pm. Show up 4pm the next day and they have the correct windshield this time. Glad to see my car roll into the shop finally getting the water sealed out of the cabin. Wishing I could feel better and do it myself, but more glad that I'm finally gonna get the leak taken care of. They start taking the trim and seals off, everything's going well. Then to my horror, the worker pulls out an electric sawzall with a 3-inch chisel blade and starts going to town on the urethane seal. Immediate. Gut wrenching. Regret. My windshield came out and was disposed of like summertime roadkill. I didn't know "careful removal" involved jackhammering the s*** out of my truck and my windshield. That's what I get for letting a shop fix my truck. I'll never bring any vehicle to a shop ever again, next time I'll wait until I'm not sick so I have the strength to do what needs to be done. So, to sum it up, they outright lied about trying to save my windshield. Not even a thought went into resealing the leak. Just smash that glass off there and throw a new, s***ier piece of glass with a poorly done frit (black band around the windshield) onto the truck. If I had a third foot I'd break it off in somebody's a**. Edit: Urethane was also left on the front passenger fender, as well as all over the trim on the windshield. Luckily I noticed when I got home, so I was able to clean it off with some Goo Gone since it was still soft. Also, the Frit on this new windshield is complete a**. It's not nearly big enough to cover what's needed to make it look not only original, but good. I will most likely replace this glass myself when I am physically able, and I'll do it the right way.

Today was my second time having work done at Pfaff's Auto Glass. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing auto glass repairs or replacements. They did an excellent job replacing my windshield last year on my personal car, and today, I had a rock hit the windshield on my company car. I called them, and even though they were booked, they worked me into their schedule since I cannot see them tomorrow or Friday, and we have a chance of cold weather this weekend which could cause the windshield to split. I really appreciate all they have done to help me!

I went to Pfaff’s for a minor chip in my windshield and I had a wonderful experience. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and Frank who did my repair came out to me personally and told me what to expect time wise and that he was warming up my car to lessen the risks of working on a cold windshield. He did an amazing job, and even with him taking his time and being cautious, he got it finished in about 30 minutes. I couldn’t recommend him more! I also wanted to shout out Chris who helped me out at the front desk to file my claim. He was super friendly and helpful. All that being said, if you’re looking for a windshield repair this is my recommendation. 10/10!ServicesAuto windshield repair

Had my Honda driver's front power window repaired. I waited while they fixed it. Was in and out in an hour. Nice bunch of guys there. Very professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable too. Over the years, we've had our share of power windows that quit working. And we've been without the vehicle for days, and have been greatly overcharged. NOT so with Pfaff's. They told me up front what the labor would be. Couldn't quote anything else til the problem was known. In my case, it was the regulator. The new one has a lifetime guarantee, so I'm covered for the part if it ever breaks again. Will DEFINITELY use them again. Husband's truck window is next! Very happy customer!

- Highly Recommend- Brought many of my vehicles here through the years, and ever time I get great customer service from the team. As far as the techs and the glass replacement process. These guys know what they are doing. You know when you are dealing with years of experience when you drop your car off to get the windshield replaced, and you get it back as if the window was never taken out. All you see is the brand new glass installed. ALL of the factory moldings back in it's right place, with nothing missing. -No Hassle- I recently had my 2020 GMC Sierra windshield replaced here and long behold it started rained on a weekend. Next thing you know it, I had rain water coming into my truck. I gave Pfaff's auto glass a call and they had me scheduled for Monday. I was able to make it in later that after noon. They preformed multiple types of test to see where the leakage was coming from, but they was not able to find an issue with the glass replacement or the installation. They said that if I should have any issues with water leaking again, I can bring it back and have EVERYTHING replaced at NO Charge. Long story short, I did get water leakage again, and as stated. EVERYTHING was replaced free of charge. They ran more test in the newly installed windshield and all has passed. I am very confident that the water leakage did NOT come from Pfass's window installation but, from another issue that GMC will need to fix. Should you have a cracked windshield down the road. I promise you that Pfaff's Auto Glass will be you BEST CHOICE. Best customer service, very knowledgeable technicians. You don't have to take my words for it. Go experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Pfaff's and Team!
