Bad customer service. I called to setup my windshield repair, the representative starts with the whole spill why they are the best. I asked about the promotional cash back, he replied with, what was I offered prior? After telling him what was paid on my last repair. He pretty much called me a lier and said he couldn't pay that or anything close. Then rudely hung up on me. Wow 👌🏽 👏

I scheduled my appt and they had availability the next day. They responded very quickly to all of my inquiries they even called me back after hours. Installer was awesome he provided a heads up when he was on his way within the timeframe they gave me. I received my rebate the very next day. Thank you!

The installation and recalibration techs were amazing!! The owner promised me a rebate and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks. Now no response from them... Great work but who would go here if they just lie to you?

I had a great experience with Pinnacle. I sought out 4 quotes for a windshield and they were the cheapest. They got the job done next day and everybody I worked with was quick and professional.

Great customer service! After calling around they were the cheapest price they also let me know they price match if there was something cheaper I didnt find any. They called and confirmed the right windshield with the dealership with me on the line as geico was telling me I needed a different and more expensive windshield and they proved that was a lie! The tech came out the next day and very professionally and friendly change my windshield and he even tightened up my review mirror the was lose ever since I bought it and im the 1st owner an now I was excited and tipped the technician for going above and beyond for a customer! Whole experience and person interaction all 3 employees I spoke with were great and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!
