These guys were so fast! They even got me in a little early which was awesome because I was in a hurry. They got my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes and even fixed my door at no extra cost (I couldn’t open it from the inside) and the price was awesome too! Spent over $300 for a new windshield less than three months ago. There is a crack running all the way across the windshield that appeared over night. When I contacted them about a warranty, I was told they have a 30 day warranty and that they’d be happy to replace it at the same price. I’m sure they would. I’ve never had a windshield crack after three months. I believe in supporting small businesses, but unfortunately, choosing to support a small business cost me this time.NegativeQuality

From someone working in the automotive industry, Big chain glass repair shops from my experience typically don’t have the best customer experience , and you end up feeling like just another number after the repair is complete. I’ll tell you, these guys have me the absolute best experience!! The windshield on one of my cars cracked on a Friday morning. Not wanting to go to a national chain due to the aforementioned, found these guys based on the several high rated reviews they have. They were able to squeeze us in the following Monday, came to my house, and replaced the windshield in less than an hour! All while my wife was inside with my children. Awesome service at a great price. Was getting one of my passenger windows replaced after it was broken on the street. All the other quotes I got were conveniently near my $500 insurance deductible. Platinum was more than $200 cheaper. The only downside was their area of operation is north of where I live and they couldn't come all the way to my house. I’ve reached out to Platinum Auto Glass for two different jobs so far. The first was to completely replace a cracked windshield and recalibrate the lane keep assist and rain sensing wipers and the second was to fill a chip in the glass on another vehicle. These guys are great! Not only did they come to Frederick from Loveland, but in both instances they were able to make same day appointments. They’re polite, courteous, friendly, affordable and professional. Do yourself a favor - don’t call Safelite - Call Platinum Auto Glass and save yourself a lot of money. If you life outside of the Loveland/Longmont area, they usually will meet customers at the American Furniture Warehouse off i25 and HWY 119 to do their repairs.
