Precision Auto Glass - Centerville

I had never used Precision before and was pleasantly surprised. May center set up the appointment to come to my house - now extra charge, and was incredibly friendly and fun to talk with. The appointment was with Adam, who killed it with service. He saw what the previous place had done when fixing the windshield that we wouldnt have seen without taking the windshield out. He proceeded to try and fix what they damaged, and showed us afterwards. Epic service that I will happily use again. Great people to work with.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful glass was provided and my tech Adam was an excellent tech and successfully installed my new windshield without any damage done to the car and was very skilled in putting it in, and was a very friendly person to speak with! Only thing that was frustrating was vacuuming out the small old sealant pieces that fell into the car and dash after, I suppose my only suggestion would be to maybe bring a portable vacuum to clean it all up? I don’t blame Adam for this though, he needed to get the old sealant out and there wasn’t really any better way, maybe the company could supply him a vacuum to help. Overall very excellent service and Adam was amazing!

The team was professional and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. It looked perfect, and I was really happy with their work. They replaced my windshield quickly and with great attention to detail, leaving my car looking as good as new. Their customer service was outstanding—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.. Then, just two weeks later, I got another rock chip. Thankfully, they fixed it under their warranty without any hassle. Their service is top-notch, and I really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. If you need any auto glass work done, I definitely recommend them!

My back window broke on my sons hardtop it is a 2004 wrangler. I figured it would be extremely difficult to get this repaired. I was totally wrong! Precision Auto Glass made it unbelievable easy to work through this process and took care of me in half a day! They have a great call center, front office and text service. I was able to coordinate my insurance work order for the replacement via text while I was in a meeting! Would highly recommend their shop. Great location and excellent customer service. Will use them for all my auto glass needs in the future!

I filled out a form to get a windshield replacement quote. Chalissa called me and texted me to provide the quote, set up the appointment and she was available to answer my questions at all times. She was very friendly and professional. Chevy was the installer. He communicated with us the day of the installation so that we knew exactly when he would arrive at our home. He did a great job and was friendly and professional. Stop shopping and get your windshield thru precision... Lifetime rock chip repair is a valuable added perk.

I recently had to replace my windshield and was honestly dreading it. With all the advanced tech features—blind spot indicators, brake assist, lane assist, and more—I knew it wouldn’t be a simple job, especially with the cost and complexity of recalibrating everything. Thankfully, when I called Precision, Chalissa walked me through the entire process. She even coordinated directly with my insurance company and confirmed that Precision is a preferred provider, so all the necessary calibrations would be fully accepted. To top it off, they waived $100 from my deductible! Well done, Precision—you’ve earned both my thanks and my recommendation!
