Impeccable service from the top to the installer... i called in and Will, the owner, answered the call and not only did he inform me that per FL law would waive my deductible for windshield damage.. he quickly took me through the claims process w/my insurance and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. The installer came to my home and had my windshield out and in in no time and he even did a little work on fixing my drivers side window that would not go all the way up.. FOR FREE! tried to tip the guy, but he respectfully declined and just asked me to tell my family and friends about his company... Thank you guys!!! Awesome service!

My son lives in Clearwater . I live in New York. We found premier 1 auto glass on line , noticing their excellent reviews. They went out of the way to find the correct glass for my sons ‘92 Honda. It was a hard glass to find, but they kept looking and found it out of state! Then they went to my sons home and installed the window! The story doesn’t end there! When it came time for payment, which I was providing, the owner called me personally , took my credit card information over the phone and promptly sent me a receipt via e-mail. My son and I are 100% satisfied customers. In addition to their professionalism, they were very kind and thoughtful. I am very happy to write a positive review for this family owned buisiness. !

I had really high hopes and the person I talked to on the phone seemed great, but they didn't show up the first time we had set up the appointment and they called and apologized and said they would come and fix my windshield this morning at 9am. It is 4:45 and I have not heard from them. Not sure why I am getting such bad service when everyone else has great reviews! ***Alright, update. They ended up coming when I didn't return their call and they did a really nice job. If the previous two times of them not showing up, I definitely would have given them 5 stars. However, it did happen so I am giving them 4***

I have a 2019 Subaru Ascent which requires OEM glass, after calling multiple replacement companies the lovely staff at Premier 1 Auto Glass were the only ones able to receive the glass in a timely manner. The gentleman I spoke to, Will, was very thorough and efficient in giving updates on the glass arrival and the process of replacement. They even come to you! I had my windshield replaced at my home. Overall, I highly recommend Premier 1 Auto glass for their diligent and friendly staff as well as their professional service.

The other reviews are true. This business is a hidden gem right in our backyards 🙏🏾. First off. It is RARE that I give 5 stars, unless it's been earned and deserved. But These guys earned it respectfully. From the scheduling with Will, to the actual work being done by Shannon. Both guys essentially exceeded my expectations (and they aren't low either). Will genuinely helped me address several detailed concerns that I had about the process, and even the Windshield repair Industry overall. And Shannon (the installer) was as well-organized as it gets. He called me the morning of my scheduled date, gave me a 30min - one hour window he's expected to arrive, and then called me when he was on the way. And then showed up during said promised time. Then when he arrives, he likewise explains any concerns that I have regarding the ins and outs of the installation process (I'm just a curious guy). Does a phenomenal job and left. I couldn't help but tip him a decent amount for a great job. I'm not kidding or exaggerating, these guys are unbelievably on point. I'm a tough critic and I was impressed. I wasn't paid nor hired to write this, just speaking from my own experience with Premier1 Autoglass. It's kind of hard to believe that a company with this much integrity actually exist. Premier 1 auto glass is AMAZiNG they will take care of you and make you feel like number 1. Safelite is a joke. I waited 2 days for safelite to show up for an appointment , and when they arrived they told me they don't have the proper tools to do my windshield.
