Absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with; hands down the worst. Left me waiting for 6hrs. Told me the driver was "on the way" from 3pm - 7pm until they finally stopped answering the phone all together. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I was happy when they came they when back to get the window, when he came back i was happier. Then it happen something went wrong, my lights were on in the day time the switch was pulled out, now it's a question of who did it i didn't break my own lights switch? And if I think I mean I really think I would have know that nothing to hide, we talked about it and I was said that I wanted a free window no ! Just don't want to pay double for it all bad,didn't want to get any one in trouble we all need to work i can effort to fix it but what a waste, wasn't broken a hour ago ya mon :( and where's my receipt

Worst customer service ever. Couldn't fix it the first day. Scheduled a second day. No call no show. I had to call 9 times for an ETA. Got lied to 4 times. same guy answers the phone and gives me a different name each time. Kept telling me someone would call me back and no one ever did. Then tells me the manager Ricky is going to call me back in 10 minutes that never happened. Then they tell me he wasn't in the office then they tell me he just left. It's like how do you people even stay in business.

Everywhere else told me 1 to 2 weeks to get an appointment. Presto got me an appointment the next day and is a preferred shop by my insurance. Came to my house and got it done in 60 min. Awesome.
