Prime Auto Glass DMV (100% Mobile Service)

My car was recently broken into and my rear passenger window was broken. I contacted Prime Auto Glass and was matched with Fon. He came as scheduled the next morning before I went to work. Fon was very helpful and informative about the process. He replaced the window and cleaned up the broken glass all within 30 minutes. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service from the beginning to end. Thanks Fon!!!!

Listen if you need great quality service in a hurry this is where you want to be. I came back to my car from a trip out of town and found my and two other cars broken into. The current time was 6:50 am. I looked for a glass repair place nearby, made a call and had a mobile appointment to get my vehicle repaired for 8am. The tech got there before 8, was very courteous and polite. He informed me it would take about 45 minutes. He finished in even less time. He did a great job cleaning up the broken glass and putting in the new one. I was done before 9 am and was able to continue my day as if nothing happened. I wish the reason for using their service wasn't so bad because i would use them every time. Excellent service and customer service.

The best auto Glass. I had an emergency i called on a sunday they didn't picked up phone right away but they did return my call same day and we were able to come to an agreement to replace one of our buddies jeep grand cherokeee passenger windo had been crack by bibiguns and i need it to replace asap they came monday first thing in the morning 9am. Tech juan did hes job superbly with a good time frame and quality. None of my parts that he removed in order to install new windo got crack or broken which i had the fear and also our door wasnt scratch or anything as they do need some sorta of a strong tool to remove existing panel that has pins . He was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I called on a Tuesday to inquire about a quote for a windshield replacement. He gave me the best price around (Safelite wanted $1000! 👎🏾). We scheduled for the next day but due to the rain, he made sure to call me to reschedule. Same weather the very next day and he was kind enough to reach out to reschedule again. Friday morning, he reaches out to confirm the appointment. He ended coming in 1hr earlier than scheduled, which I did not mind and was very grateful for. The job was done in about 30 mins to replace my entire windshield! I would definitely recommend his services. Very prompt and communicative. He offers great prices.
