Came here on Easter Sunday.. with an Urgent need of a new rear window for a friends Lexus Nx 200 . We had a minor slip up, backing into my driveway and she need to repair it " Right Away!" On Easter Sunday? Yes! We called around and it just didnt look like it was going to happen until a friend shot me this shops number. I called and ChaChing. They had the window we were looking for and at a reasonable price. The guys were soo professional, punctual, and pleasant. I'm recommending them to all friends and family from bow on. Plus they're in the neighborhood. Thank you guys. You were a life saver. 🙌PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Was so lucky to find Primo Auto Glass and have Mr.Federico Sanchez help me out on my front main window where it chippped from a pebble on the freeway. As I arrived he looked at the damage and brought out his equipment and was very professional and quick in doing the repair and without asking he even brought out some bottled water.Witch was greatly appreciated. Being a hot day. Very friendly and in no time my huge worry was gone and didn’t have to go thru my insurance.I highly recommend them if you’re glass ever gets hit by a pebble or need you’re car glass replaced have leaks from rain going thru you’re window. They can help.Nice clean and organized shop. Will come here again if needed.

After my girlfriend’s birthday party, I was loading my car at 2am in Hollywood. I went upstairs to get the last couple bags, and when I came down 2 minutes later one of my windows was busted and a bag with roughly $1000 worth of stuff was missing. When my debit card was replaced I took a day off to go to Safelite to have my window repaired. I drove 45 minutes to a location that was apparently closed down some time ago in Van Nuys, but google maps said opened at 8am. When I called Safelite for help a girl named Pepper hung up on me when she found out I didn’t have an appointment. I called again and they gave me a different address 20 minutes from the closed location, gave me a quote, and said they couldn’t see me for another week. I found Primo on google maps and called. They were super polite and quoted me at about 1/3 the price of Safelite, and said they could fix it as soon as I get here. I don’t write many reviews for anything, but this was really a life saver for me after already losing $1000 worth of stuff from my car, and having rent coming up next week. I read the reviews that are already on here about them, and the negative ones may or may not be valid. A lot of the negative ones seem like they are false ones made from competitors or just from really fussy people... but that’s none of my business I guess.

I have a old classic car and I had a window regulater problem, window wouldn't go up all the way and it was not straight, I had go to 15 places in la no bs, and some told me we dont work on old cars some didn't even want to look at my car, the only place I had found that for sure, would have fix my window regulater was in Phoenix as, but they wanted $300 for part and $400 for labor, and I had to spent about $150 in gas to get there and waste a whole day and put total of 700 miles on my classic, so total would have been $850 plus, I was running out of options... lucky my last try was primo auto glass and this place was only 5 min away from my house, hoped I had found this place earlier... the guy on the phone told me $250-300 and it might take 3-5 hours but at the end they charged me $250 and it took 1 hour! U guys dont even know how happy i am. I will be most deff referring u guys people thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!PositiveValue

If you are a female be careful going to this place, they will rip you off if you don't know anything about the costs of fixing or replacing wimdows. In the past I was very happy with their prices and service but last week around March 29th the man who was in charge really tried to rip me off and he did but not to the extent that he tried in the begining. Because I said no to the exuberant prices he was tellimg me. He first told me that my window was not working because the motor was bad and it was going to cost me $195 when I told him no like a minute later he came back and say you know what it's not that motor it's something else and it will cost you a $120 something that I know it was only $60 so I said no that's too much money so I end up paying $40 for them to put the window back without fixing it but I have no choice since they had already removed part of the door. So do your homework before going or go somewhere else. My experience with other employees there have been diferent maybe this was the owner, I'm mot sure.

I had to take a day to relax and type this review because I was so upset of my experience with Primos Auto Glass. This review is to help others. I went in to replace my door glass window I had called to get a price over the phone and they quoted $140. Once I went in a couple of hours later Damian said he had tried calling me back to let me know he made a mistake and quoted me the wrong price because of my two-door car when I specifically said twice it was a two door. Because of the urgency to get my window replace I still decided to leave my car for the service. After 6 hours I picked up my car checked the window and worked fine. Come to find out later that night, my door was not locking (door they replace the window) I tired locking the door 3 different ways with no luck. I had to leave my car unlock and vulnerable to theft for a night. Next morning, I call Damian and said to bring it in and he will take a look. I dropped off my car @11 am and didn't get a call like he said he would so I decided to call. He tells me they are not able to find the problem that he needs me to come in, so he can explain. Aside from my broken window costing me money now it's costing me time as well, got off work an hour early so I can make sure he had time to "explain" they didn't break it. Once there he started taking about the steps they take when replacing a window while he was trying to explain they did nothing other than replace the window he clearly called me a "chiquilla" (little girl) br8ushing me off. That of course showed no respect what so ever towards me. Again, this review is intended to help, if someone does decides to have repairs or replacements done with Primos Auto Glass make sure you don't leave without having checked everything on your car works to avoid my awful experience.
