Don’t expect anything quick! I came in for window tinting and they told me it would take 3 hours and they would call me when it’s ready. I left the car and came back 30 minutes before they closed, even though I had not received a call. It had been 4 hours since I had dropped off the car and when I got there they hadn’t even started on it. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Cheap price but honestly not worth it. Take your business somewhere else.

I have been coming here for about 10 years and I have referred lots and lots of customers, no complaints, When I enter into the building, the ladies behind the glass was very professional, Beautiful, like always, was greeted and assisted, explained, everything clearly all warrantees, and everything to my son Anthony DeLaRosa Jr. he is very happy with his car I just bought for him for being a smart, great young man, he loved new Tinted windows. If you ever need your wonders, Tenant are installed. This is the place to be in town.

100% would recommend this company! My car was broken into and my passenger window was broken out. This company not only was able to replace and tint my window the same day was, but they were also cheaper than the other places I called! Out of all the places I called there was only one other place that said they could replace my window only and I would have to find somewhere else to get it tinted. So I was extremely surprised when the folks at Primo's said not only they could do it that day, but I could bring my a car in right away! Another plus for me was the customer service, the lady I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable both on the phone and I person. I would definitely come here again and have been recommending this company to others ever since!
Pathetic Cum dump
Took my car in to have the windshield replaced and a brow put on. They were quick and friendly. On the way home I noticed their glue/sealant was all over the trim panels, seats, center console, and my head which two days before I had redone. I called and they said to bring it in, the cleaned up the headliner as I already had cleaned up the rest of the interior. The brown had a cut in it as well bubbles. I was just going to let that go, but then the windshield started leaking again on my headliner. Took it back in they squirted some more glue/sealant on the inside, up under the headliner and replaced the brow. I don’t particularly care for their must have a receipt policy to determine if theirs a warranty. I was there not even a week ago talked to the same person. But I did and do always keep my receipts. I am need of a new windshield on my 2nd car but I’m thinking I’ll pay the extra $20 and get a lifetime warranty with mobile service and without all the running back and forth for repairs and “do you have your receipt”. I mean they have book keepers or they should. No matter it’s supposedly fixed for now.

I’ve come here to tint 3 cars over the years and had been happy with them. But this last time… I JUST purchased my car a week ago and don’t go anywhere but work. Was off for 2days and decided to tint the windows. I got my car back and it was timely and affordable… but now I have this weird residue and huge scratches on my trunk. I called the lady said she’d look at the video and call me back and nothing happened. I may contact a lawyer.

This company just practically stole our money. We paid to have a window installed after our vehicle was broken into. The window rolled down and back up one time after the repair and the next time it was rolled down, it won't roll back up. Also, the door panel was put back on incorrectly and the lock sticks up all the way out of the door and doesnt work. It worked before they pulled the door apart Basically they've told us that we have to now bring it into their shop and they will look at it but it won't be under their warranty since it rolled up when it was tried the first time. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their work and didn't care that they've made a hard situation even harder.
