I recently took my truck in to get a new windshield and out of all of the places i called, Nick at Proper Auto Glass had great customer service as well as the best communication in keeping me updated on if he could do it the same day. He ordered the window, had it delivered to his shop prior to me getting there and installed it on my truck same day at a great price. When I arrived, it took no longer than a 15-25 min wait while sitting in his A/C office. Update: I got a crack in my window 2 days after install. Small but upsetting considering i just purchased a new windshield however it was a rock. Nothing to do with installation and Nick fixed it the same day I reached out. I HIGHLY recommend this particular auto glass shop as it was a great experience on my end. Thank you again.

I unfortunately had my brand new Tesla windshield that I just replaced cracked by a rock on my way home from work this morning. Being in a desperate panic and thinking the worst, I called this shop because of the great online reviews. Nick answered the phone and literally got me into his shop 30 minutes after the crack happened. Nick was super friendly and knowledgable in person. He explained the process to me and the realistic result I could expect. He was able to stop the spread and fix the crack to near perfection. I don’t normally write reviews, but Nick was awesome and super reasonable with his prices. Hopefully I don’t get another crack, but if I do, I will definitely come back to his shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a repair. Thank you Nick!

I was searching for a local windshield repair for my Tesla and found Proper Auto Glass on Apple Maps which led me to Yelp. I requested a quote online and received a reply promptly with a price and was advised of availability. I was able to schedule a date and time which worked for my schedule. When the service day arrived, they arrived at the scheduled time, completed the repair for the price quoted, and completed in an appropriate amount of time. They were professional and courteous from scheduling to the completion of the work. As long as I am in the area, they will be the first I contact when I need a windshield repair or replacement.

I was extremely impressed with this company! I called and spoke with the owner, Nick, about getting our F150 truck windshield replaced. He helped answer all of my questions. I called back the same day to book the appointment and his wonderful wife, Amanda, helped handle the call with our insurance to get everything set up. Nick came out the very next day and replaced the window at our home. We even reached out a week later after our daughter needed a new windshield as well. Darn flying rocks! On Monday, February 5, 2024, I walked downstairs as usual, to go to my car so I can head to work. When I walked up to my car, I noticed that there was glass all over the ground. I didn’t know which vehicle it had came from yet, but soon discovered it was mine I was terrified, angry, hurt, upset, all the things… All of the feels. I had less than five minutes to make a quick decision if I was going to go into work or not and so I called my support systems and with a broken window, I headed to work. As I was driving, I was still in tears and still upset about the whole situation. Also, while driving, I was trying my best to call Safelite for assistance… This would be my first time using their services. I did not know that unfortunately, you cannot reach a live person. Everything has to be done online and unfortunately they have no appointments for Monday only for Wednesday was the soonest I can get in and that was just not going to work for me. I bc arrived to work, clocked in, and let my coworkers know what happened. I was very grateful for all the support and immediately stepped back outside to see what else I could do to take care of my car situation… Panicking and crying I thought let me just google window glass, repair shops near me, and what popped up was Proper Auto Glass. This amazing man, Nick, the owner/operator of this business, answer the phone, and through all of my tears/crying. He was somehow able to hear my first name, and to hear that I needed help. I told him where I was located. The car was parked at my job And he kindly let me know that he would be able to help me write in there on that same day. Nick gave me a two hour timeframe of his arrival, but surprise me by showing up a little bit earlier… He was very communicative, positive, understanding, polite, and a true professional with his work. He even helped me deal with the insurance paperwork with AAA which I ended up not even using. I am more than grateful and definitely a customer for life with Nick because of his kindness and professionalism. Please do not hesitate to give him a call no matter what your car window situation is or where you’re located he will definitely come to you and prioritize your needs to the best of his ability. Nick definitely has a customer for life and me and again I’m so thankful and grateful that his business popped up on when I was in desperate need of help. Thank you very much Nick.

I’ve done a lot of highway/freeway driving… One of the worst sounds is when a little tiny rock hits your big windshield, and you know it’s gonna be more than a scratch. That happened on Wednesday, I called on Thursday, but due to my schedule, they couldn’t come out the same day, but they came out first thing on Friday! Now it’s just a very tiny scar. I am super thankful for their PM Immediate reply to my call, their professionalism upon arrival, And their speed in which they got it done… I think they were literally here less than 30 minutes. It really helped that they are a mobile service, they came to me, And for $80, I was happy to not have had to replace the windshield!!
