I called this place ask him if they fix my type of vehicle he said yes I told him that wasn't Clovis and I was headed over there within the hour he said okay when I got there nobody was there I called the number is it oh you need to make an appointment I said you didn't mention that over the phone when I told you I would be there within the hour that huge letdown poor customer service end up calling another place that was a lot cheaper and better customer service

Definitely not Quality at all. First time they installed my windshield air was coming in from underneath, and my automatic rain sensor was not working. I had to go back 3 different times just for them to get the windshield on right. Then the top molding was an inch too short. He was to lazy to cut a new piece the correct size so he tried to use a heater to streach the rubber. Brought it back the last time because the molding still wasn’t right and the guy took out the whole piece that the molding connects to without telling me. I called and left messages they are not returning calls a week later. I went by the shop today and they were closed. The reason he doesn’t want customers watching him work is because he’s shady. They cut corners and are unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. 0 stars basura “trash” service

Very happy with the service! It was a holiday weekend so they weren’t able to get to me til Monday but it was first thing that’s day. It was nice not having to go into a shop and wait for them to get it done. Ervin came out and was on time. Even let me know he was on his way because he knew I had taken my car to my father-in-law gated community to be safe. He was fast and cleaned up all the glass. Thank you.

I was in need of a new windshield replacement. Staff rep. Irvine was a straight shooter did not try to upsell or add extra fees. The work was quick, quality, and clean. I called around 11am and they were able to squeeze me in at 1:30pm. I recommend Quality Auto Glass to anyone who is needing windshield service. Give them a call they don't disappoint. I absoultely love this company. They did an awesome job on my husbands windshield on his truck. They even came to us. What made this experience even better was they remembered us from the truck job. They are very friendly, prices are great, they stick with the quote they tell you and they are very professional. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future. Irwin was fantastic! I was able to get a quote over the phone and when we pulled up to the shop he started working on our car right away! In and out within 35-40min. Not to mention he kept in mind that my 3yr. Old was with us and it was a hot day. He cooled our car down and asked if we’re ready to put her in. Great customer service .
