Called in to schedule an appointment on a Monday morning; two days in advance. Active duty army so it’s hard to get a day off mid-week. Showed up for the appointment on a Wednesday morning at 0900, the gentlemen at the front desk said he didn’t have the glass. No call. No heads up. No guilt. Just told me to have a good day. Take your needs to a more competent location

Unfortunately someone busted a lot of windows out of cars in our apartment complex and Mike had me fixed the next day! Hes also replaced a windshield for me when he was at his Uncles shop. Super glass which was open over 30 years. After his uncles retirement Mike opened his own shop and hes doing a brand new 22 Telluride windshield for us tomorrow when other shops said it would be weeks and almost $300 more than Mike quoted me! I took my Mercedes Benz R500 here to replace the passenger side mirror. Michael made sure that he told me each part of the process, even that I had purchased the wrong mirror, due to the fact that the one coming off of my vehicle was equipped with a turn-signal harness and this one did not. However, it functions, and will swap it out when the correct one arrives. He charged me $60 which was more than reasonable! Michael is a stand-up guy in my opinion, with awesome customer service! I would definitely recommend this SHOP!

Wow...this small business is great. Mike surprised me by saying he could get my front windshield for my 2017 Lexus into his shop the next day. I thought it might take weeks. Well he had it the next morning. When I told him I would have to wait while he did the work, he said come on over and I'll get it done for you. And it was done perfectly in less than an hour and priced considerably less than the national franchise companies that do this work with such mixed reviews. The owner, Mike was so nice with my rear drivers side window replacement. He kept me informed of the time it would take and explained what they were doing. I wasn't there more than an hr and a half and there was a car ahead of me! Their price was lower than 4 other places I called that started $400 and above. He wasn't pushy when letting me know about other defects he found. He showed them to me, explained the process to fix, gave the pricing and moved on. I would recommend their services 10 out of 10.
