These people are amazing. The installer came to my work and fixed my windshield before lunch!! They saved me quite a bit and came in well less than other places quoted. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!!!!

This family run business delivers top quality work. And they truly care about their customers. I felt welcomed and from their clean and cool waiting room I watched the attention to detail they gave to my windshield replacement. And their prices are the best in town.

This place sucks! Dont waste your time. Customer service sucks! Owner/manager is passive aggressive. He doesn’t care about his clients. Made an appointment two days in advance, sent the needed information. We get there at 9 am….was told it would take an hr give or take. Car sat there from 9 am to 5 pm with nothing done. We were told too many clients showed up. 🤣🤣 this place is a joke. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Do not do business with these people. I hired them to remove and replace a front and rear windshield so we could do a job on the truck. I was told $65 per window to remove them and come back and reinstall them upon job completion. They broke the front windshield in 4 different places while removing it and refuse to replace the glass or make it right in any way. These are shady busines people and not a stand up company at all.learn from my mistake and Save your self the wasted time and money by hiring someone else.

I set an appointment early in the week for a Saturday morning. First appointment according to the lady. Here we are Saturday and no one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and they didn't even know where the employee was. They sent me a text saying he was going to be an hour late. Here we are an hour and a half later and still nothing. I called again and of course, they didn't know nothing AGAIN. Apparently the driver had issues with the truck. Then after I called again he had issues with no GPS. The person on the phone passed the call to another lady and she was rude asking if I still wanted to continue with my appointment. I asked her what type of customer service doesn't call the customer to let them know there is issues or that they will be late. She wasn't concerned with my business and asked if I wanted to cancel. She said he would be another 30 minutes later. So appointment for 10 am and it is now 1140 and still nothing. 12:10 for a 10 am appointment and he finally showed up. No, I didn't answer. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Obviously don't need or what my business. I definitely don't recommend unless you're willing to wait around all day for them to decide to show up. If service is like this before a windshield gets replaced, I'm glad I didn't receive their service. That was probably horrible too.

If I could give zero stars,I would do so My passenger window rolled down the other night and wouldn’t roll up I called 2 different repair companies and went with this one (even though it was 80$ more than the other)because they could come see me that day The guy came out and messed with my window for a while,got it rolled up at least,I get a call from their office and they told me it was going to be 70$ less than they quoted me.I said “are you absolutely certain it’s going to cost less?”Yes,we’re certain The next day at lunch I receive the following text: Im sorry for the late response i had to make sure when your part will be arriving, they couldn’t find it but they will bring it in about an hour. I can have one of my guys at your location between 1-2pm if you’re not free at that time i have available from 1-4pm. I spoke with the guy that went yesterday and I misunderstood him. He did end up replacing that motor and regulator but it still didn’t work, he said the control wasn’t working. In total for both it will be $280 is that okay? $180 motor w/ regulator and the control is $100 280$??!?!? Not just 80$ more,180$ more than their competitor After numerous texts back and forth and a condescending telephone call from the company,I decided to just have my original equipment replaced and go somewhere else So they send someone out to remove the parts they installed and put mine back in He had a really bad attitude towards me and when he finished,he just packed up and left without saying anything,even though I was sitting right there The first guy they sent only spoke Español,and I primarily speak English,which of course fostered miscommunication,which in turn made my charge increase I feel like they pulled the bait&switch on me I had a horrible experience with this.company Not only would I not recommend them to anybody,I would recommend that people not patron their establishment Horrible experience
