Quality auto glass

I honestly did not want to give Quality a bad review but I don’t understand why they allowed my vehicle leave their establishment the way they did. I wish I could upload the photos. I have a CLEAN Mercedes Benz C300, in excellent condition that NEVER leaked before they touched my car. The FIRST time it went through the carwash after they installed my windshield AND after I had to take it back to them because they did’nt put my rear view mirror back correctly, exposing wires and a huge gap…. Now in that area (that they “fixed/corrected” in less than 15 min) is leaking BAD. I’m so irritated because my car NEVER LEAKED before. I called them, and don’t get me wrong, they are very nice. It was a Saturday morning when I called; however he advised that I could bring it the following Monday or Tuesday. It seems like during our conversation, he did not want to take “fault” to my leak, stating that “things happen over time” pretty much doubting they were responsible. I honestly am scared for them to even touch my car after this. I feel like they treated my car like a Pinto! That’s a MERCEDES!!!! I’m scared something else will happen to my car if I take it back to them. Now I regret not taking it to Safelite or Autoglass where I was actually quoted the same price, I went to Quality because they had a pretty good rating, but I don’t think I would recommend them , especially if you care about your luxury vehichle.

I had the best experience with these highly skilled, efficient, and responsive glass professionals. I didn't understand that they can offer great prices by having no overhead costs of buildings and receptionists, so using the Facebook page to book appts is THE way to go. My car brand dealer wouldn't even quote an estimate range of prices and Safelite wanted $100 more and an appt two weeks later. They even vacuumed ALL the old glass that had covered my interior. I don't typically write poor reviews, however my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Price was decent, ran into an issue with scheduling, they didnt have the right dates, i pulled up the conversation between myself and the owner and got it figured out, although they are a decent price they broke both my A pillars, which for a 350z run $600-700 a piece... they did not tell me they broke them, they just covered it with tape. I took the car for a drive and the passenger side A pillar came completely off... almost hitting the car beside me. It took so long i gave up on just getting both repalced i just wantes the passenger side fixed, they found a random A pillair took about 2 months to get my passenger side replaced. However I am thankful they took care of it, it took a lot of phone calls, and visits but it eventually did get handled.

This was my first time using Quality auto glass, My Chevrolet malibu 2019 Driver side from window was busted. They say come on in. They had a window for me the same day but it wouldn't The right one so they ordered it. It took a couple of days. They gave me a discount. For waiting, put it in and a 1/2 an hour. Play was very professional.Good service and I would recommend them to Everybody. A very happy customer.

I broke my sunroof cuz it was frozen and they don't sell the parts anymore and didn't want to go to the dealership. I looked everywhere online for the parts couldnt find them. So I gave them a call and I am very happy with the service. My sunroof works again they are very nice and friendly. Thanks again

I had a great experience with Quality Auto Glass. They replaced my broken front windshield at a very reasonable price and provided excellent service. The staff was friendly and professional, and they finished the job quickly. Jose, the manager, even offered me a ride back to the shop when he saw me walking. He was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Quality Auto Glass for anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement. They are the best in town!
