I am a very satisfied customer! I had my windshield replaced on 3-22-24 and unfortunately, the windshield that was put in had a manufacturers defect, it was nothing that Andrew, or his crew did or did not do to the windshield. I quickly made it known to Andrew (the owner) and he was back out replacing the windshield within two days! They did an amazing job. They are very professional and personable! I will definitely use this company again for any future windshield replacements! Thank you guys so much!

This business was extremely customer oriented from the first contact I had with them. I found them online, texted their number and asked for their availability to replace my windshield. Within ten minutes, I was setting up an appointment (on a Saturday evening)! They booked me for between 8-10 AM Monday, just over 24 hours from my first text; my situation was urgent and they responded fast. Given that a Sunday was in between my first text, that’s amazing service. They were there set up at my vehicle at 8:10 AM and called me to ask me to unlock it. I came out and unlocked the van and shook his hand. He was very professional and easy to work with and talk to. He told me he would text me when finished; he wanted to make it easy on me. I went upstairs to my place and did some things I needed to do, and within a half hour got a text they were finished. He gave me instructions for caring for the new windshield and told me what he did during the repair. I paid; the windshield looked beautiful. He made sure to clean the interior and exterior glass surfaces before leaving. He even advised me that one of my wipers was defective and needed to be replaced, which he did not have to do but paid attention to detail. He gave me a high quality glass and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. They are fair priced, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. If I’m in their area of service and need a windshield, I’ll use them again over anybody else. Business done right! Unfortunately my windshield caught a rock and started the beginning of the ever spreading cracks. My in-laws vehicle also needed to be repaired. Asking ai to find the best mobile service Andrew’s Quick Fix Mobile Repair came top of the list. Responsive, polite, and with out asking he offered a discount since we were doing 2 vehicles at the same time. Highly recommend!

Amazing work! We called last night late and left a voice message (it was the Memorial Day holiday… so they might have been closed for the holiday…or if they were open it was for sure after-hours). But we received a quick text back and really appreciated him answering all our questions and scheduling us in so quickly. He drove the very next day to our home & replaced our windshield! It looks so good! We will definitely be calling him again with any of our vehicles rock chips or cracks in the future!

These guys are FABULOUS and FAST!!!! Our weekend plans were canceled due to an unfortunate smash to our windshield on sat night , LABOR DAY WEEKEND, and of course everything was closed. These guys answered immediately, giving us hope, and scheduled a repair first thing when they opened. No frustrating online appointment scheduling, or waiting in lines miles from home.
