Jim did a chip repair just above the driver side vision line and you absolutely cannot see where it was! Amazing! He also did a quick repair of the lining on the top right windshield. I was very grateful for his attention to detail, expertise and so thrilled that I chose his shop for the repair. This man is a friggin’ hero. He quite literally saved me from what would have been well over a week of not being able to earn an income (I use my car for work) while waiting for a ‘national brand’ to just evaluate my windshield and tell me that their shoddy warranty wouldn’t cover their even shoddier work. Meaning he also saved me from a SECOND $1100 bill or insurance claim for said ‘national brand’ to redo said shoddier work after it failed less than a month in. This man isn’t in it for the money, but he’s worth his weight in gold. He cares. And he’s GOOD at what he does. It was downright magical watching him work. I’m so thankful to him and his amazing wife. They let me come in *after hours* out of sheer kindness, and because of that what could have been thousands in lost wages and cost, plus more shoddy work that may well just have left me without a safe vehicle to use to earn my income for a third (fourth, fifth… eleventh… who knows) time mere weeks after completion, and then thousands MORE in lost wages and cost, became a couple hours of one evening and no lost wages, at a fraction of the cost. I cannot overstate how incredibly grateful I am for him. He has a new customer for life in me.

My husband and I were driving between Chugwater and Cheyenne when a hefty rock hit our newly purchased Cadillac. We contacted several businesses that could not squeeze us in. I needed to get a chip repaired in my windshield, so I looked at Google to choose someone. Quik fix had a 5 Star rating so I called. Jim was able to help me and have it fixed within a few hours!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast! The next day another windshield got a very large crack while I was driving and he was quick to come over and repair it! He did a very good job on a large crack. He gave me lots of information while he was fixing it, letting me know what was taking place with the windshield. I will definitely use him for all our window repair needs. He was very affordable and it worked great with my insurance! He is rated 5 stars for a reason!

I called to ask a question about a crack spreading in my windshield. The man who spoke to me was so helpful! He actually told me there’s not a lot I can do at this point (since I’ve messed it up going through the car wash). He explained that although someone could drill a hole to fill it, he wouldn’t recommend it as I’d just be wasting money. It’s always wonderful talking to principled folks.
