This report is based on a phone call I received today. I work for an automotive technician training program. A customer called stating that after paying for a lube service, turned on the engine and heard a foreign sound. A tool was found to have been left on the engine and had fallen into it, damaging the engine. Reportedly, the shop has not assumed responsibility. She is waiting for the police to come and fill out a report. Please, if you need engine work done, seek out a certified professional. A lube job should not cost your engine and leave you with a truckload of deliveries that will be late due to a mechanic's lack of professionalism.

They deserve more than 5 Stars :). They fixed my a window on my car almost 7 years ago, now I went back to them. They fixed my Truck's back sliding glass window for very less charge. Not only that, they noticed my broken rear mirror hanging and fixed it for free. And after I dropped off my truck, they paid for a free rental car to send me back to work on time. They are the best.

This is the Only place I am taking my window as well as my families windows. I had to replace my windshield FOUR TIMES in 2021 and it was due to my hood not latching and having issues with the auto body, he did two windshields in one day and honestly I think he sold me at wholesale with the price he gave me. I am really grateful to him for all his help!!! They’re fast too can get you in the same day.

We were traveling from Europe with our 2022 Sprinter Van and got our Windshield changed here at Raoul Auto Glass. Did a lot of research and they definitely have the best prices in town. It is not a super shiny place like some of the bigger established chains but the people here are honest, friendly and know what they are doing. I would come back! PS: if there was one thing that could be improved then it is the front desk / reception experience. The lady appears a little low on energy / a little detached.

I found this shop through a friend. They were recommended for their prices. Truly a good deal. $140 with a cash discount for a new windshield on my Honda Accord. They had me in and out in an hour. A small concern developed during the installation. They were stand up guys and took care of it immediately. Please be careful when buying batteries from here the owner is a thief I bought a car 10 months ago they replaced the windshield . At that moment I heard a guy wanting to return a battery because it had overheated he started arguing with the guy back and forth and that should have been a red flag . I asked him how much for a jeep battery he said $85 with a 2 year warranty He sold me a smaller battery and I kept telling him that wasn’t the size he said it was fine 10 months later battery doesn’t work and his making all this excuses that I left the car on all night sir we Are not incompetent just because I’m a female I do have a lot of knowledge about vehicles this dude wanted to charge me $35 more for the correct battery he said my battery had half battery I come back home install it right away hold and behold battery doesn’t work . I will not let people get away with this bbb it’s not even about the money this dude doesn’t honor his apparent “1year warranty “ I will have my lawyer involved moving forward and fight this scam how are you allowed to sell junk
