I had the BEST experience with Richmond Auto Glass! My car was vandalized and one of my windows needed to be completely replaced. I called around and Richmond Auto Glass had the most reasonable pricing and best reviews.. Well, now I know why! Also, Tony is super professional and friendly. My window was ordered and installed all within about 24 hours. I will definitely be recommending this place to ANYONE who needs any type of glass work done on their car. LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is fantastic! Had something hit my windshield while i was driving and it completely shattered it. I called several places and wasn't satisfied with the prices. Was about to go to Safelite, but all their google reviews were horrible. As a last ditch effort I just emailed Richmond Auto Glass on a Saturday evening for a quote and Craig responded within minutes. He gave the lowest quote out of all the other companies (even Safelite) and said he can replace the windshield on Monday morning. We set up the appointment and dropped off my car Monday morning. After a couple of hours I got a call from the tech saying that my car was ready for me to pick up. When i got there I inspected the windshield and all look perfect and the I paid the exact price I was quoted. I waited 6 weeks to leave a review because I wanted to make sure that all was well with the windshield and that no leaks had formed. I really applaud this place for not taking advantage of people when they most vulnerable. Everyone that worked there was kind and friendly. They will have my business should I ever need another windshield!

UPDATE: The number they had on file WAS correct. They never called me back and someone tried after I posted the review. No thank you. I had messaged them and requested a quote for my truck, they did have the best price BUT the associate I was chatting with said they had "ordered" my windshield and that it would get to them by the day of my appointment, which they said they were going to call me that day to confirm they had my windshield and what time I could come in for that day. Well it's been well over my "appointment" day and no one ever called to confirm, to let me know if they had it, ask me to come in or nothing. So we are back to researching other places.

Wow, all I can say is these guys are very very nice and go out of your way to help you. I live in Texas and they had some vintage glass for sale on eBay, so I decided to call to see if they had the right glass for me. While they did not, they looked long and hard to find someone that did. My daughters 2008 infinity g35 was leaking water from what I thought was the door rubber n seals. Read some really good reviews on this place and decided to place the call. Once I spoke to the guy on the phone right away I knew I called the right place. He was very knowledgeable about the Situation and knew right away what the issue was. Brought it in to him. He told me it’s the sun roof Chanels that were clogged up n even demonstrated it so I can see what the issue was. Said to bring it in the next day early Bc he was all booked up n I called prior to closing time. It was about to rain and he was nice enough to tape it so it won’t leak. When my car window was smashed by someone I was frustrated and mad. But calling Richmond glass made the whole process of replacing the glass a breeze. The phone was picked up at the first ring. Toni was a delight to work with. He gave his cell phone number to send the picture of the window and within 10 min I got a quote which was the best price from anywhere. The next day morning his staff came to the house and installed the glass exactly at the promised time. I was kept in the loop at all times with perfect communication at all times. When I later realized that the insurance will pay for the glass Toni was more than accommodating in helping me getting a refund from the insurance. Here is a small business that deserves all the accolades that they are getting. Use them and you will not be disappointed.
