The previous managment and his team were great people. I had my rear windshield replaced on my vehicle back in May 2024. The new windshield had an anomaly that made cars looks like trucks. Jason and his team has no issues making it right. Unfortunately the new replacement has the same issues. Jason was able to retrieve an OEM window from a salvage yard that I was perfectly okay with as long as the rear defrost worked. After the installation, I was advised once the winter months came and the rear defrost did not work to reach out. Well in December of 2024, I reached out and advised that only half of the rear defrost was working and that there was a burnt spot on one of the lines (sent photos via our text message thread). I was told that they were under new managment and the previous managment maintained all repair records so they had no records of me. She stated that she would reach out to the new managment because she remembered me to see if anything can be done. Several weeks went by with no response. Now as of yesterday 2/5/2025 my back window has shattered only being held together by the tint (tint was already on it prior to installation). I left a voicemail message advising them of what happened and I added photos to our text thread that I have maintained since day #1. Today 2/6/2025, I'm being told since there are no repair records, they can't do anything for me. I reminded them that I have the text message thread with their current number with all messages and photo regarding this vehicle and a bank statement with the transaction. Still nothing. I will provide all necessary photos in this review. I want to thank the previous management and his team for always willing to make things right. To the new managment, please take notes.

Save their number for ANY windshield problems. I priced around and they offered hands down the BEST price(even checked out an online company for a discounted price that wasn't as good) I had to wait until my windshield was in stock, but the 2 week wait was well worth it! They may have yours in stock. Ladies, as a lady myself, it can be intimidating to get anything fixed on one's car. The process has been made very easy by all the staff at Rockstar. A) with my VIN number ready, I called and gave them my make, model, and year of the car, and whether there was a rain detect feature with the car. B) if it was just a chip from a rock, they could have plugged it for less than 60 dollars as an option. Unfortunately, a semi spit a rock that sounded like a gun shot on the highway and proceeded to cause spidering of the chip until it reached across the length of the dash. C) for a small extra charge they will come out to you on the day of the appointment. It may be difficult to pinpoint the time as they are driving everywhere and had a 45min drive to me from a previous location. But, again worth the wait. D) payment expected upon completion of course. Fantastic job. I’ve used them a few times over the years. But this time, I had them come over for my wife’s car and my old ‘93 pickup, both needed new windshields. With the old truck, they took the extra time and cleaned up the rust and chipped paint from around the seal, sprayed some stuff to keep the rust from coming back, and put on new clips for the trim pieces. Looks awesome, much better than before. These folks genuinely care and take a lot of pride in their work and I appreciate that. I hope I don’t have to replace another windshield, but if I do, I’m calling Rockstar again.

3 years ago I recommended Rockstar Indy for their great service and competitive pricing, and I want to do it again here today. I had a small crack in my windshield that grew fast and needed to be replaced on my car, and Jason's team took care of everything. Their charges to replace the entire windshield and recalibrate my sensors were less than my insurance deductible would have been. I have utilized Rockstar Indy for my glass and headlight resto needs for several years now. On the headlight side they have taken care of two trucks and one car for me, and did a phenomenal job on all three - the milky headlights looked good as new and shine like LED’s compared to what they were before. On the glass side RSI has replaced two windshields and a side glass. The windshields were done at their shop, and the side glass was for a work truck and they arrived on the jobsite to replace it, allowing our survey crew to continue working instead of taking time off the job to go to their shop. Background info: I bought a 1993 Volkwagen Cabriolet with my wife. Fun convertible, great little car. The windscreen, however, had a pretty gnarly crack in it. Started as a chip, and then spiderwebbed outward in four different splits. Well, unfortunately, 80's and early 90's VW's don't get a lot of love when it comes to finding a shop that can/will work on them. I first went with Safelite, who guaranteed they could do the job, even drove the car out to let them look at it first before moving forward, only to have them fail the day of the install - wasted $70 bucks having to Uber back and forth to the place. Sadness. But, this is where Rockstar ~rocked~! The owner was willing to work with me to identify the part we would need to allow the conversion to gasket/rope-in from glue-in, which is what was done originally. Not only did he find the part, but he was actually excited to be able to move forward with the job and get it done! The conduct and demeanor of both the owner, and his techs, was professional but also relaxed and personable. The job was done perfectly - and now the car is perfect.
