Ron's Auto Glass

After my window broke, Ron's Auto Glass was able to meet me at a relatively close location. My window was fixed while I was working, and found a good price as well. They even vacuumed up alot of the broken glass that was left on my seat and on the floor. I was able to call and pay over the phone. Great customer service!

They left the windshield washer fluid lines disconnected from the sprayer under the wiper cowl after installing a new windshield. Also unsure if they broke a tab on the cowl that left a hole in it or if the damage was there already.

Honestly, I had some difficulty at first with getting my order of glass correct, but the folks at Ron's glass were so friendly and helpful, I stuck with them and am very grateful with their work. Ron is a great guy!ServicesService not listed

Complete lack of communication and coordination. I scheduled a windshield replacement 10 days ahead of time. They ordered my windshield but forgot to put me in the schedule. I dropped the vehicle and waited 5 hours with no contact from them so I went back to the shop and my vehicle hadn't been touched. Needless to say I grabbed my keys and left after they gave me every excuse in the book, but I shot them down with facts. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to their competitor.

I broke my passenger side window on my '99 2 door Tracker (parts for which are not easy to come by). Melinda promptly ordered a replacement for me, although the distributor ended up sending a window for a four door. When I brought the window back she immediately called around looking for a new one, then found one pretty quickly. Ron had one of his employees cut me a plexiglass window for the meantime at no charge. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Fast and friendly, they took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to fix it myself.

Great service, rock chip happened on my way to work. I stopped in and they helped me out same day. Very quick service, got it done the same morning. I will be recommending them to everyone.
