SS AutoGlass

I was on vacation to Amelia Island and ended up with a long crack in my windshield. I initially priced Safelite, but they were 3-4 days out. I decided to look locally and found SS AutoGlass in Yulee. The customer service was fantastic. Their price was about $50 cheaper than Safelite and they were able to replace my windshield within 48 hours. They came out to where I was staying and Kris had me fixed up in about 90 minutes. I told him I was heading back home in a couple days, so he took the time to test the windshield after replacing it. Great service and great people!

Excellent work, honest pricing, great communication!! They go above and beyond what you are probably accustomed to. They even offered to text me photos of before and after doing prep work for glass replacement on a very old car. They are the quintessential small business run by good, honest people. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, you won't be disappointed!!

I have called multiple times trying to get a hold of this business. After two weeks of trying I finally get a response, they give me a quote for the windshield. I had them put a windshield in my 2006 c4500 Shuttle bus. This place was awesome and worked with me! Even having complicated request and accidentally setting up the wrong time, they were nice and professional through the whole process. I would recommend these guys, they really do great work!
