SafeCut Auto Glass

My truck was recently broken into on Saturday and I needed both windows on my passenger side replaced! I contacted SafeCut Auto Glass and they helped me out big time, they offered me OEM windows which was amazing and they came out the next day to install the windows at my house! The service, communication and price were amazing! Thanks again for your help and service! My truck looks like nothing ever happened! Very happy I was able to find you guys!! Dominic was amazing. His service is immaculate. He was able to help me even on a Sunday and was very communicative. He did not have my exact part at the time that was needed for my car, but if he did, he would have been able to help me right away. The next day he was able to complete my job first thing in the morning. He was very professional, convenient, timely and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend him.

Dominic is truly top-notch. I called him on a Sunday about a windshield chip, and he quickly came out to help within 30 minutes. When we saw the chip wasn’t as serious as we thought, he left without charging me. His main concern was making sure my glass was fine. Later, he even followed up with a text: “Sorry I couldn’t be of much help. Enjoy your evening and be blessed.” I highly recommend him.

Such a great experience working with Dominic. He had such a quick response, it took no effort on my part. He reached out to the insurance company on my behalf and a few questions later everything was settled. He came to my job and completed the work in less than an hr, very professional, kept me updated with pictures, and once he was done my car looked brand new. You will not regret working with him. My front drivers windshield cracked quite bad and I needed a quick repair as I have two small children that I am often transporting. Dominic was attentive and quick to respond. He was professional and came to my place of work to help. His work was flawless. He knew exactly how to help me work through what my insurance would need. He helped me photograph the windshield and replaced it very quickly. He even calibrated the settings so my rear view camera would continue to work after the replacement, most companies do not offer this and send you to the dealership for that. He did not even the dirty the car! You would never know it was even replaced. 10/10 recommended. Reliable, honest, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!
