I was looking for windshield replacement companies when I came upon SafePro they asked for my name n my email, because it was after hours an that SAFEPRO will call asap, that's what they did. FIRST thing in the morning(SMILE) 7:30 I received a text message that they would be calling in one half hour. THIS aloud me to get my wit together. I answered the phone and Maxwell was on the line he was very kind, courteous and patient, he listened and told me what was available and that he could take care of me.. He informed me that they'll work around me and I was to choose a day and time and they were going to come to me.. Bill arrived 2:45 pm ,between the allotted hrs I was told noon-4 pm. Bill greeted me with a great smile n good energy ready to work. Bill was done by 3:30 pm. Beware competitors! SafePro has raised the bar of customer service so high you may need a trampoline to touch it. I called and spoke with David on Thursday who quickly arranged that my Kia cracked windshield be replaced at my home on Saturday. I was put on hold for a few minutes while things were arranged with my insurance company. While on hold I did not listen to music, but rather a very educational and amusing narrative that made the time waiting seem too short (other companies should follow this lead). On Saturday as planned, Luis and Kevin arrived. I couldn't believe it, but as I watched, they choreographed the exchange of windshield in less than thirty minutes. They were highly skilled and efficient. Then as a bonus, I received a lifetime chip repair of the windshield whenever I need it. I praise you for your outstanding customer service and will refer my friends to you!

I'm new to Arizona so the chip repair and windshield replacement situation was a bit overwhelming. I had no idea that this was a thing in Arizona, so with that being said, i purchased a new car in December and literally had a rock shoot at my window last week and naturally needing a repair. I set the appointment for the repair while I was at work and had additional questions later on that day. I called customer service and Carmel answered my questions and proceeded with the repair. Charlie the technician has a great reputation and I was very happy with his customer service. He was extremely friendly and takes pride in his work. All in all the unfortunate crack in a my new car, turned out to be a positive experience.

I am incredibly pleased with SafePro and my experience with their team. I was pulled over for a cracked windshield (never fun) and being new to the area I called around to get a few quotes. SafePro was at least $100 cheaper than all competitors and beat Safelite's quote by $200. Although the price savings were fantastic, the best part of the experience was the incredible customer service. I spoke with Sherman, who is a newer employee but you would never know that given his customer service skills. Sherman worked around my hectic work schedule to pick a install window that would work for me. When I expressed concern about driving with a cracked windshield over the weekend (my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday), he made sure to send me a confirmation of the appointment so I could show officers if I happened to get pulled over again. I have never met such a kind, customer-focused employee in the auto industry and I am very impressed. Overall, if you are looking for a dependable, customer-focused and affordable option, SafePro is the best bet.

My first time with a windshield crack, should have had glass coverage but I didn't so this review is for out-of-pocket cost. They're a native company to AZ and take pride in that fact. I loved everything about this company, even the hold script was hilarious. Very professional phone reps, that got me scheduled within the same day. For my 2017 Honda Accord it was $195. I selected the tint option for an additional $30, an awesome value and it looks great. My glass-man was Phillip and the tint-man was Jesus. Their communication was also great since I work during the day. They communicate via phone, text and e-mail (all three for me) to make sure things go through good; I had even received a check-in phone call from the reps personal line just to make sure that my special request was taken care of properly, I have already referred them to two of my co-workers. Lifetime warranty on everything. You guys are the best. Thank you.

This will be my second time using safe pro and i will continue to use them. I am big on customer service being I have worked on customer service pretty much all my career, so when I have a representative not only service me but get better service from my own car insurance company that makes me a very pleased customer. I was told I couldn't replace my windshield by my insurance because even though I had multiple cracks they were only good enough for a seal not a replacement. However safe pro told me since I pay for the insurance and I carry it every month I have every right to say I want a replacement. I was so happy to have safe pro in my corner backing me. Great people, great service! PS I've kept your number this time!!
