The technician was super courteous and professional. He was patient in waiting for me to get home. Also, super fast as well. Lastly, he had the glass replaced before I was off the phone with my Dr. He deserves an extra "Thank You" on my behalf. I have been working with your company for several years. A pillar covers were misaligned after the install. Interior parts were falling off and wires exposed. I called to notify them. They said they were sending a senior installer the next day. He came not to fix it but to take pictures. I did not hear back so called the next day. Manager was out they would have him call tomorrow. Still waiting 4 days later. *Update* I called them after a full week and was told oh I think your parts just came in. What parts? What was the problem? Nobody has communicated with me. Eventually they sent a subcontractor who corrected the issue. The rating is for having to have 3 appointments instead 1 and the non-communication. I still have the visible wire going to the mirror. Lesson learned. Don’t try to be noble and support local business. Just go with Safelight.

My experience with SafePro was excellent. I always try and support local businesses FIRST before anywhere else because my family owns a business as well. When going local you'll receive great customer service as proven by SafePro. From my initial phone contact, to the person that replaced our window and the text follow up asking how my experience was and if I had any questions or concerns they could address. I asked them if they could email me a receipt and they quickly sent it. I also love the free chip repair as long as we take it in to them it would be repaired. LOVE IT!! Had my rear window shattered last November. Was driving on the I-10 east bound. I called them the next day and they were able to get me a rear window at a very good price. They were even willing to drive to my location the next day to have it installed but it was an emergency I drove to their location in Chandler and had it installed there. Safepro Will now be my go to for auto glass. I will use them to replace my cracked windshield in the next month.

On my first vacation to Arizona to visit friends who recently moved there and to get away from it all before Christmas hits, the greatest horror befallen my vehicle. Okay maybe the second or third greatest horror. We stayed in Sedona, Az where temps got into the low low 30s... But anyways, the next day we got up and left the house for our hour and half drive down to Phoenix and the temps were still in the low low 30s. Net realizing you shouldn't do this, I turn on the heat in the car on high so we don't freeze to death and you guessed it, cracked my front windshield. Now the first pick doesn't seem that bad, but the crack was well over 10 inches long. Refusing to ride around with this "Scarlett letter" on my car, I called several local spots and came across SafePro who offered the best deal I could get at the time (cheaper than going through my insurance). The following day I took my vehicle to their physical location, they did the deed and replaced my front window in little over an hour. The staff was very friendly and understanding; understanding of my situation and me being rather bougie at times. Provided excellent work backed with an awesome warranty. Can't thank them enough for keeping this mini vacation a happy one... Though I didn't have to spend extra money.
