The BEST experience I've had with any business in the past several years. I have needed to get my windshield replaced on my 4 Runner for many months but had put off b/c I did not want to deal with the hassle of dealing with State Farm. About 2 weeks ago I went to the Safelite website just to get a quote. Well, the website made it SUPER easy to not only get a quote but to go ahead a book an appointment and NOT have to deal directly with State Farm. I entered my year, make, model, and my VIN number and they took care of everything. I made an appointment for this past Saturday and all I owed was my deductible. I received numerous texts and emails about my appointment. That they had gone ahead and ordered my glass etc. I took their advice and dropped my car off at their Galleria location on my way home Friday night from work. I left the keys in their drop box. My car was promised to be complete before close of business on Saturday. On Saturday, I slept in and then got up and had several errands to run. Safelite sent me texts about 11:00 am that my car was currently being serviced and that it would be ready after lunch. I went ahead and provided my credit card info to their site as I knew what my total would be. I received a text about 1:00 pm that my car was ready as I was wrapping up my errands. I stopped by the shop and walked in where 2 gentlemen were seated behind the counter. I began to tell them how pleased I was with the entire experience. They were very nice. I think they were waiting to see if I was going to complain or be nice. They said some people did not like how many texts and emails that Safelite send. Well, I loved it and b/c I had already provided my credit card info, they simply handed me my key. "No car washes for 24 hours" and that was it. Glass looks great. No issues at this time. I let my car sit in my garage the rest of the day Saturday and all day Sunday esp. b/c it's 90+ degrees outside and I wanted the adhesive to set in a climate controlled area. FANTASTIC experience. My claim is filed with State Farm. If possible, I do not advise that you sit at their location and wait. Just do what you have to do and let them do their job. I did everything through their website. I did not have to contact State Farm. If you can give them at least a week's notice so that they can ensure they have the glass for your car, is probably a good idea. Be prepared to get several helpful texts and emails. Thank you Galleria Safelite. First class experience. On a side note, I had to take my car to them b/c apparently my insurance policy does not cover Safelite coming to me. I was fine with that b/c it has been so HOT and I did not have to worry about the weather on the day of my appointment.

Absolutely ridiculous service and lack of integrity from this shop. They were unable to replace my passenger window due to missing a specific “tool”required to install the window. Was told they ordered that part the same day. Never reached out to afterwards until I had to contact them. Was told a week later they is a delay, but the tool is on the way and would arrive the next day or day after, and I would be contacted for updates. Never updated. Had to call them AGAIN, and told the next morning that the tool was never actually on the way, and was subsequently dumped and told to go to BMW. 3 weeks of wasted time and no spine from anyone to give it to me straight. Technicians were polite and transparent, but management is very disappointing and needs a look at themselves. Would NEVER recommend. Ever. Very frustrating experience. Save your time please.

Used to work as a service advisor at Subaru over 10 years ago. Always had a lot of trouble with aftermarket glass repair. Questioned the person who made the appointment extensively about being able to guarantee no problems on a Subaru outback windshield replacement on my personal car. Could offer many extensive details but it would just make this unreasonably long. Short story is they just just completed their third attempt on repair. And it was not successful. Me and wife have rearranged or work schedules several times now to accommodate your scheduling needs I think it's time to consider my needs. This will be your 4th attempt doing what your advertisements say is it not a problem life time guarantee workmanship guaranted blah blah. The only reason you got a two was because the staff on the front end was very very nice. If I was rating the shop only it would be a -3 4/5/24 they replied to my post to tell me how sorry they were they did not meet my expectations but they didn't suggest that they could actually repair the vehicle. So now I have to take a third day away from work intended to complain to State farm and do my best to have them removed from approved vendor list

My service suffered vague and lack of communication from their team. I made an appointment for the time their location opened and dropped off my car an hour before. In my confirmation email, the email stated I would receive text updates and notifications. My 1st update came one hour before the store closed, stating, "Work has begun." I made my way to their location 15 minutes before closing. My car was parked outside but the desk associate said my car was not ready. I asked about there posted hours as I noted 8- 10 other customers waiting, and was told my Windshield replacement and camera calibration was noted as an "All Day Job." I finally received my car 15 minuets after their posted closing hours. I could have taken my car to a competitor to replace the Windshield and had my dealership calibrate the camera for a similar price at less than half the time. Far from satisfied. I do NOT recommend them.

Many say customer service no longer exists and they are right, except for this place! Just wow. Due to a wedding, the flu, I had to keep rescheduling a windshield replacement and never an issue and always willing to accommodate my request. I had the windshield put in yesterday. From the moment I showed up, throughout the visit, and even post visit was just an excellent experience. I waited maybe 5 minutes to get checked in - that's with 3 people in front of me. Within 10 minutes the technician came out, got my keys, explained what was going to be done, how long it should take, and any potential issues they might encounter (recalibration). Came back out to let me know that due to service codes in the car he may not be able to calibrate the safety equipment but would let me know. An hour or so later, came back out, windshield in, no issues and I was on my way. I received a text with a link to all the work that had been done 10 minutes after I left. I waited while the work was done. They have a large waiting area, OK wifi (easy to connect to, but a bit slow), lots of places to work. I heard the person working the front desk work with many customers and always professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you all for keeping customer service alive and well.

Do NOT recommend bringing a Tesla in for windshield replacement. We were impressed they could fit us in so quickly (only a few days) and the actual installation of the windshield seemed pretty good, but there were a couple of issues that soured the entire experience so we can't recommend them. First, after the install, we got a call from the tech who said the installation of the windshield went well, but...they couldn't calibrate any of the safety systems. The tech couldn't explain what was tried and what didn't work so we could relay relevant information to Tesla to resolve the issue so we asked to talk to the manager Danny. Danny was very nice and explained everything well and gave us his card and said we could call if any issues came up. The windshield wiper arms started scraping the hood, so I called Danny and left a message to see if we could bring the car in to have them look at it and he never called us back. We had Tesla mobile service come out and we discovered they did not tighten the windshield wiper bolts when giving us back the car. Just very disappointed in their inability to calibrate the safety system, the use of non-Tesla glass and the wiper issue which would have chipped the hood paint off. Do yourself a favor, take a day off of work and drive it to Tesla ATL to get it fixed right.ServicesAuto glass replacement
