I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Safelite Repair that I feel compelled to share. I went in for a simple $75 windshield chip repair, but the technician ended up cracking my entire windshield instead. To make matters worse, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. The repairman, Brandon, who allegedly has 30 years of experience, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was left dealing with manager Cris D and Heidi J, both of whom were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite the clear error on their part, no solution was offered other than to replace the entire windshield, which left me with a $1000 bill instead of a $75 repair. I’ve had multiple windshield repairs at various shops before, but I've never encountered such a poor and careless experience. It's frustrating to have gone in for a minor issue and leave with a significant problem. I would strongly advise saving your money and going elsewhere for windshield repairs. The lack of accountability and professionalism at this location is astonishing. Edit: on 4/15/2025 In the last couple of days I've been contacted by the District Manager, Ryan who's been very helpful resolving this matter. I did end up taking my car to a store in Denver (Evans St) and they did phenomenal job.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from this store. The tech left glass everywhere, rubber debris, tore my seat stitching, somehow completely lost my mirror control knob, and the whole mirror assembly fell off the next day. The dash has scratches on it, the plastic mirror wire shroud is broken, my center console has new scratches in it. It’s unbelievable. Safelite sent a tech from another store to replace the initial work and I got my money back, but my car is still in worse shape than it was. I was supposed to hear back about replacing the missing parts but, almost a month later, I’ve heard nothing. Go ANYWHERE else. Go to other Safelite locations, but avoid this one.

I've relied on this location for years, and they continue to be the best. Whether you visit their shop or have them come to you, the service is always exceptional. Most recently, Mike Barnes completed a repair at my house. His communication was excellent, and he finished the job quickly and efficiently. I mentioned I had dogs and didn’t want them barking non-stop while he was here, and Mike was very understanding. He worked with me to arrange where to leave the keys, and he managed to complete the replacement without my dogs even noticing. It’s reassuring to know I can trust the technician to handle things in my garage without me being present, allowing me to relax without any concerns. They truly make the windshield replacement process so seamless.

Probably one of the worst run shops for auto glass around. The communication between the call centers and the tech is horrific and the level of care and customer service within is just as bad. Techs don’t know what they are doing which led to 4 appointments to replace the glass and trim and my trim was never installed correctly. Even after driving down to their shop because they insisted they would have the tools they needed there, but I still have trim with a major gap that catches in the wind. When I expressed my concerns and upset over the 1-2 month long saga, I was treated like it didn’t matter because the call center is different than the shop and I should have spoken to someone there, but they don’t post the shop number publicly so that’s a little hard to do. Even when a tech arrived and couldn’t do the work and promised the manager would call me to sort it out, the call never came. I will never use satellite again. Their warranty program is just an excuse for crappy workmanship and techs that complain about their boss and the company.

Manager Chris refused lifetime warranty on manufacturer defect. His lead technician examined glass and agreed there was a high level of glass distortion, a manufacture defect. (Glass distortion is caused by the glass being manufactured different thickness in different areas, time is not a factor. ) Technician immediately went and reported it to manager Chris. Chris refused coverage because glass is almost 4 years old. When I explained how distortion is a manufacture defect, he refused to believe it and used the old "I've been doing this for 40 years!! However, being an installer is separate from manufacturing, not a rational for pretending it is caused by "time". Chris was rude and displayed a level of rage when I called him out on policy/warranty. This was all done in front of other customers and stormed off saying he was "done" when I tried to reason with him. Meanwhile National customer service is escalating the store's uncooperativeness and attitude, and investigating refusal of lifetime warranty of defective glass. They even read the section that pertains to it. Store also does not disclose to customers sitting in lobby that there is a $70 coupon (70SEM) available, so I took that liberty of disclosing that information. IMO, manager and store does not operate within the integrity of Safelite's expectations. Take your business elsewhere is my recommendation. Even another store manager who knows Chris described him as "stubborn". READ THROUGH THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS, AND YOU WILL SEE IT'S THE SAME UNPROFESSIONALISM WITH CHRIS AND HEIDI THAT I EXPERIENCED- ARGUING, BULLYING CUSTOMERS IN LOBBY. Update: Two other stores and the District Manager were more than happy to help me. The DM indicated Chis is a difficult person even for staff to deal with. Evans store and Highlands Ranch are much better customer facing. Take your business to those locations.

I set up my appointment on line for a windshield and a piece of stationary glass for the rear window of my 2024 Colorado. The website allowed me to select only the driver's side portion of the rear glass. Turns out that the entire back glass must be replaced. So I had to make two trips. Not a big deal. They ordered the rear glass and I was able the get that installed two days later. Both replacements occurred on time and within the time frame promised. I used to live in the mountains of Colorado and replaced the windshields on my Jeep Wranglers every year. This facility is top notch!
