Communication was prominent with this company and I loved it. From the moment I was booked, I received an email and text messages reminding me if my appointment. The day of the appointment, the technician called in the morning to set the day up for me,and even called me a half hour prior to his arrival. He was able to work in the street, under shade, and got everything done unobtrusively. He had everything he needed in his truck. When I came out, he was cleaning my new windshield and giving me instructions. The whole process was simple and a no-brainer. The best part in Florida, you're allowed a once - a - year windshield replacement at no-cost, so I don't have to worry about any insurance increase either! Safelite really took the hassles out - 10/10!

Hallandale shop location: whoever does the routing for the appointments needs to be fired. My front passenger window got hit by a rock as I was driving and it shattered. made an appt and received the confirmation email that they would arrive at my house the next day between 0800-1200. No technician ever arrived. I even called customer service at 10am wondering if someone was on the way. I was abruptly told to just wait until noon, they didn’t even pull up my appointment to check. I waited until 11:51 and called. I was told no technician was ever “routed” for my appt even though it shows on their end that I was on their schedule. My call with customer service was “dropped” and no one called me back. Thankfully I was given the direct shop number so I called them. This nice helpful man named Anthony was able to figure out where they dropped the ball. He didn’t have a technician available to come to my house so I had to drive with that blind spot to the Hallandale location and I live by las olas so it’s over a 20 minute drive. Anthony said to call the shop when I’m On the way to give them a heads up. So I called when I was heading over there and no one answered. I kept calling and calling and calling until I pulled into their parking lot. The secretary “Anna” was so rude and not helpful. Rolling her eyes constantly. I told her I was calling and asked why no one answered the phone and she said “mmm yea I’m not sure we don’t really answer that.” I was very taken back hearing that response. So I asked Anthony if he can speak to his manager so I can be compensated for my troubles and he gave me $50 off of the $492 amount. The technician who took my car also heard what had happened and put new wiper blades on my car free of charge front and back. In conclusion, I would go with a different company next time. One that shows up to the appointments scheduled. And if for some reason they can’t make it to my house, then CALL ME! Instead of having me wait around for hours. One star is the rating I’m giving based on my experience I had with them yesterday 4/29/25.

Very upset, frustrated and disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this company. I had set an appointment and was confirmed via text and email for the tech to arrive between the hours of 8am and 12pm. A I recieved a call around 8am and lost the call, I called back and was told by the rep that they have no information as to the ETA of the tech and they would reach out to have him call me. I waited til 1130 and still no call. Called 4 more times and was told each time that they would reach out and have the tech call me. He never did. Last update was he supposedly got locked out of his van at an earlier appointment even though I was supposed to be the second appointment of the day. I never received the courtesy of a call or an update or any information regarding my appointment from the tech. I saw around all morning waiting and my windshield was never replaced. Very upset. Would not recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Exceptional Service with a Few Bumps — But Safelite Made It Right!** Had my windshield replaced on my Lexus ES 300 and overall, Safelite delivered an exceptional experience. At first, I was a bit thrown off — they arrived without the correct windshield or the proper sealant. Definitely not ideal and a little discomforting, especially with no management immediately available. But here's where they *won me over*: the technician took full initiative, went above and beyond by heading back to the warehouse *himself*, and made sure everything was right. He came back, handled the installation with absolute precision, and honestly — it looks better than it did when it was brand new. Seriously impressive craftsmanship and professionalism. Safelite is clearly the go-to for auto glass work — just make sure you double-confirm the parts ahead of time to avoid any delays. Big shoutout to the tech who turned a shaky start into a flawless finish. That kind of service is rare. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service ever! I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM, and it was supposed to be ready by 5 PM—their closing time. I arrived a bit early, only to find out they hadn’t even started the work yet! It’s now 6:20 PM, and I’m still here with no end in sight. If you value your time, never use this Safelite shop! PS: I demanded my car be returned immediately, but the staff member still drove it three miles away. Only after the second call did he finally bring it back. I’m not even going to start discussing the ‘$500 camera calibration’ scam - in reality it takes just 15 minutes and costs $54.90 at Tesla. The reason he drove the car was supposedly to ‘calibrate the camera,’ which Tesla actually does automatically without requiring a shop visit. I also clearly stated that it’s an hour past their closing time and that I need the car as soon as possible. This was an out-of-pocket replacement costing over $1,000, and I don’t understand such treatment of customers.

Made an appointment a week and a half out and was called the day before that they had to cancel me. I literally just called the Safelite main number to confirm and they did confirm 10 min before I was canceled. The rep at the Pembroke Park location said they had to many Tesla's including a Cyber truck coming in so he had to cancel my appointment. I explained that I was already moved from Wednesday and this was the last day I could have the work done before shipping the car. He did not care and said there was nothing he could do. I asked why I was being canceled and not someone else, He just kept saying he had to many Tesla's tomorrow. I asked, could the OEM glass I requested be sent to another location to which he said he can not do that but I should try to make another appointment. When I called Safelite about the issue they were apologetic and legitimately tried to help but there is no way I would be going to this location.
