Always fast and very helpful. I just bought a new car and was on a 7 hour drive home and a rock chipped my windshield. I called and they directed me to a place that could fix it that day. They even called me and got me in faster so I could get home.

The technicians were very polite and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I am very happy with my experience at the Panama City Safelite location and will highly recommend them! All of the staff from technicians to the office are very pleasant and helpful! The office tends to play 80’s music which brings back memories! Thank you Safelite Panama City for such an amazing experience! I will definitely recommend you to everyone!!

Communication with them is awful - virtually nonexistent. They will bomb you with all kinds of texts and emails in the appearance of communication, but you can't contact them. Frustrating as heck.

Very fast, nice and helpful. I have a chip on my windshield. I made an appointment, for the same day and went in. They took a look at it and told me that they can't really do anything about it instead of just taking my money and doing something that's not going to work for me. Next time I have something that they would take care of, I'm going back.

Called to ask a question about services and AI wouldn't allow me to talk to a live person and eventually hung up on me. SMH Some VP at Safelight AutoGlass thought this particular AI model was the answer to a problem. It's just another problem. 👎 I went somewhere else.

The staff doesn’t want to help you nor truly inform you and will not go above the bare minimum to help a person out. Been waiting over a month in cold and rainy weather to get a driver’s side window replaced just for the appointment to keep getting pushed back over and over saying they’re out of glass. Tried to call and getting a real person on the phone is like pulling teeth.
