A branch had fallen through my rear window into my vehicle. Within the hour, they had cleaned up/removed all of the broken glass, ordered a new rear window, and had temporarily patched my car with plastic wrap to hold me over until installation. When I returned home ANOTHER branch had fallen nearby which punctured the plastic.. They were more than happy to rewrap the car in the plastic wrap when I had asked them for the favor. Kind folks, professional, timely.

The appointment to replace my windshield was automated via my insurance company (USAA). Everything worked like clockwork. Robert was very friendly, professional and timely. tl;dr - Replaced Tesla windshield. Reasonable prices, awesome staff, quick turnaround time, would recommend. Had a small chip in my windshield, that turned into a 12 inch crack when I went went to defrost the car without realizing there was a chip in the glass. The automated phone system was a bit of a pain - so I went in to talk with them face to face. They took a look at my car, gave me an estimate, and even though they didn't have the glass for my specific car on hand - they were able to get it ordered and get me in to have it installed in less than a week. I was apparently the first Tesla windshield to get replaced at this location, but you wouldn't know it from looking at things because the windshield looks as good as new and all the cameras/sensors work exactly like they did before. Price wise, I'd rather have NOT had to pay for a new windshield... but their prices were better than I expected and I didn't feel like I got nickled and dimed over anything; And the estimate they gave me up front was exactly what they charged. Everybody there was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Went in to get a windshield replaced look nice after it was done but they only cleaned up in the inside of my truck. They dropped a bunch of glass down into my engine bag and didn't clean it up. Got into my intake and messed up abunch of stuff on my truck. My Rpms started to go all the way up to 3000 Rpms and had to tear apart some of the engine to clean it. Took me 5 hours to clean and replace everything. Not to happy with service

Not only did you give me that hometown care that I i needed so much right now. Robert took upon himself to fix what could have been a costly and very inconvenient repair at the dealership, to fix the drivers windshield wiper arm! The service team was amazing. This was the first time I ever experienced a crack/chip in my windshield from a rock that shot up from a truck at an on ramp in a construction zone. They got me in right away for the fix and were so quick. My tech was Robert and he was reassuring that it was in good shape after the fix and shouldn’t have any further issues. They also took care of everything with insurance. Within 30ish minutes I was on the road again!
