Says on my receipt that my technicians name was Nicholas he was very nice and helpful really makes me want to come back here if I ever need any other windshield repair/replacement! He did a great job and I appreciated his kindness. I hope the company recognizes his exemplary customer service and performance, he is a valuable asset to this place!

We had a small chip in our windshield and safelite fixed it I think it was in 2019 and then just this year we ended up with a failed repair and it started to crack but it spidered out and we got a appointment for safelite to get a new windshield and the guy was very nice to us and said that a failed repair happens but we got it fixed

Got my windshield replaced earlier this year. They didn't reglue my rear view mirror properly after installing the new windshield. Now when I try to reach the store I have to deal with an automated call service and can't even get in touch with the business. Zero communication with customers and now I don't have a rear view mirror because it fell off my windshield while driving. Not only is it unsafe but it could have caused a serious hazard. Would give zero stars if possible.

Colin came to my mom's house and replaced my windshield. He did so good! It was a very fast process and very informative to me especially with telling me how long to wait before driving. He also was able to give me a discount for a small scuff on the new window (I can't even see it) so that's amazing ! Hopefully my boyfriend doesn't bust my windshield out again but if he does I know who I'm calling!

Had a replacement windshield installed back in Nov 2024. Replacement was done well, and so was the workmanship....or so we thought. Forward to beginning of March. We were driving the Subaru Ascent when all of a sudden several dash lights came on. These lights included Eyesight, Rear Brake Assist and Service light. Fearing this was a major safety issue, we took the car to a Subaru Dealer for their assistance. Upon the dealer review, they found that the eyesight camera had not been reinstalled 100% correctly. 1 of the plastic tabs holding the camera in place was not snapped in. This caused the camera to fall from its location. If the camera had only moved slightly, the error would have just been an Eyesight error. However, due to a larger movement, it caused the whole eyesight system to fail. The dealer reaffixed the camera correctly as the roof lining was down. Then recalibrated cameras. This cost $360. Having now reached out to safelite for assistance with the bill, they refuse. Claiming I should have driven the car back to them for them to review! Now, remember my dash was lit up with several safety lights! Plus, this was 3 months after the new windshield was installed! Then, the store manager said, once the dealer realized it was a camera issue, I should have got them to refit the camera shield/roof liner to then drive it back to the store! At that point dealer had already worked on the car and would have billed me. Store manager then said he would get the regional manager/trainer to reach out to me to discuss.....10 days later, still no call back. I have also emailed store manager, but again....no response. I understand they want the chance to fix their errors, however, when multiple safety lights come on the dash, my first priority is to the safety of my wife and kids in the car. The idea of taking it from the dealership to the safelite store after they find the error and the plastic housing has been removed etc is ridiculous. All I wanted was some assistance with the bill, but I can't even get a reply to my call, or emails. My advice, get your windshield replaced at safelite, but avoid if you have any form of cameras/sensors in the windshield! Not worth the hassle!!! UPDATE: store manager reach out and agreed to help out with the cost incurred at the dealership to get the eyesight up and running. We agreed that I would pay for part of the repair, while they paid the rest. My original charge would be credited back to me, and meantime I would pay a separate lesser charge which i agreed to. My card was immediately debited for the agreed amount, HOWEVER....2 MONTHS LATER....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORIGINAL CREDIT. Safelite now has more money from me and I have NOT received anything back from them. I have reached out to the store manager multiple time, received empty promised, and yet still not received my refund!

Chad and the staff were extremely professional and they do great work. The process of securing an appointment was very easy (online). The waiting area was fine for the service. I especially liked how Chad would offer periodic updates. The updates helped to manage expectations. Thank you, I would recommend.
