This was one of the easiest tasks that I have been involved in. It is amazing to me how quick this went, I was in contact with him from the very beginning to the very end. Once again Safelite Auto Glass has made me feel very comfortable in any and all contact I have had with them. My windshield was more than 6 in cracked so they had to replace the whole windshield, I could not imagine in my mind how that would go. It was just way too easy. All I can say is five stars to Safelite thank you so much. I was also giving a year warranty on the windshield for future references.

This place was great. No one wants to go deal with windshield repair, but these guys were super cool and friendly. Very professional and clean. I was very surprised at how top-notch it was. Update to this: We recently had to do a windshield repair with them Mobile, where they came to our home and the service was still just as great as in shop. Professional, friendly, high-quality service

Back in October, I needed to have my side passenger window replaced after it had a rock shot through it by a weed eater nearby and I contacted the Evansville location. On 10/24 the technician arrived at my location at 9:03 a.m. and worked on my car until 10:28 a.m. He told me at that time he couldn't get the glass he was with to fit. He talked to his boss at the Evansville location on speakerphone. His boss was scolding the technician for failing to properly calibrate wipers on a previous job. Ultimately, I was told new glass would need to be ordered and I should bring my car in to be worked on a the shop - roughly an hour from my home. I took off work and drove to the Evansville location on 11/7. A short time later I was called and told the new glass also wouldn't fit. I continued to show patience at that point. But, being in Evansville, I headed to my dealership's service department that day - they ordered the glass and scheduled the installation. On 11/19 my glass was replaced by the dealership, requiring another trip an hour from home. Not 10 minutes after my car was taken back by the dealership - the technician there brought me back to show me that they had discovered that the speaker in that door had been broken. So, I had to order a new speaker, and on 11/22 (another hour trip from home) the speaker was replaced. I was out $47.52. My belief is that an apparently inexperienced technician who worked on my car for nearly 90 minutes trying to put new glass in that wouldn't fit - broke the speaker trying to do so. The speaker had worked prior. I haven't done anything to break the speaker - so it was either broken by the Safelite tech in the times they spent - or by the dealership technician who worked on the car for 10 minutes before telling me that it was broken. I called Safelite, they dismissed the claim - but said a manager would call when they returned. It's now January 30th and I've not gotten a call. I emailed the manager on December 5th - and have yet to hear a reply. I feel asking for $47.52 for the speaker that I believe they broke is more than fair. I feel the courtesy of a call or email reply is within reason. I'm not asking for compensation for my multiple days off work and trips to Evansville - but a company that won't do the right thing, or won’t even acknowledge me isn't getting more of my business.

Rear door glass replaced on 4dr Tacoma. Glass was perfect replacement. Technician did leave a couple spots of adhesive on the door and tiny bits of glass under the truck. Also, the door has a deflector that clips in and the Technician disposed of the clips to put it back on, so I had to order new clips. Was going to have my BMW windshield repaired but now second guessing.

My 2nd work here in as many years. Staff helpful and patient in answering my questions. My techitian meet me when I came to pick up and explained some after care instructions. I was gratfyl that in my case they were able to complete the work several hours ahead of expectaions. Oh, and the work was about $100 lower than the price of a local competitorServicesAuto windshield repair
