Opted to do online, wanted to pay out of pocket. Price was $427.31 when doing quote. Yes it stated estimate, but I used my vin so they should’ve known about other tasks needed. I called to confirm price, and was made to complete the quote, so they could pull it up. I wasted all that time to find out the price went up more than $500. I told them I was very upset with the service provided. Went to Webb on 30th and price dropped by $400. Different time I used them, I stated I didn’t want to use my insurance, and they still filed a claim on the repair, which didn’t save me any money. I do not recommend and I’ll never use them or request a quote again.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentOverpriced

Can't give a price for a small chip sealant the size of maybe a grain of sand. They would rather quote a full wondow and ask for how i'm gonna pay before even attemping to help with the sealant price. This complaint is more towards the automated phone center that will not allow you to speak with someone without verifying how i'm paying. Would be nice to dial the number associated with the store and actually speak to someone at the store. Then the live text agent said they couldn't help.

Got to the shop 15 min earlier than appt and they still got me in right away. Gentleman that was in the office was very professional and took my concerns to heart. Just got this car at begining of Aug and a rock hit my windshield 3 weeks later. Got it scheduled and insurance paid for it to be filled and was very quick.ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentNot sure

When driving back from vacation, a truck kicked up a rock and left about a 14 inch crack in our windshield. After doing some research, we realized that we wouldn't be able to simply have the crack patched and would need a whole new windshield. The tech met me at my workplace and had the new windshield installed in less than 45 minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and even cleaned the rest of the truck's windshield while waiting for me to meet him outside! Great experience!

Had a good experience here. They fixed what I needed with no issues and they gave me a 10% discount so that was helpful! My only complaint, with the company, not this specific location, is that they really encourage the mobile unit, having it done off location, but then they charge like $35 (I think) to come to you! If you want us to do it at home, don't charge us! That being said, I opted to take my car to location.

Tech was professional and discussed challenges that may come after removing the old glass - keep in mind, this is an almost 30-year-old car. While very helpful, I believe this info should be discussed during appointment booking whether online or in person to help individuals make the best decision for their vehicle. Otherwise everything was great!
