We were on a trip and got a chip in the windshield. Went on line and found this location that was along our route. Called the 888 number and got an appointment set up very easily. They took our insurance information and we were all set. When we drove up, ahead of our scheduled appointment, they promptly greeted us and took care of the chip. We were in and out in about 15 minutes and back on our trip. Excellent service. Convenient location right off of 1-20 and easy access back on.

Ordered a factory replacement glass, mysteriously my order was changed and an aftermarket glass was installed and I was never notified. Staff refused to stop work and proceeded to install the windshield I didn’t want. Forcing me to pay their extortion rate. When I addressed a fitnent issue with the mirror they blamed it on me for installing an aftermarket mirror that fit fine before the new windshield.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Perfect job. Worth the money. Lemme give you a little advice future person reading this. Pay the extra whatever on your insurance, on my auto insurance it comes out to an extra line 20 a month to replace the windshield due to cracks and whatnot. Much better than the 1k or whatever you gotta spend to do it without. Safelite however were perfectly nice, quick, professional. I highly recommend.

Our tech was great. We choose to stay and wait on our vechile. The station was comfortable, clean, had multiple places for us to charge our phone/computer and there was even a spot over to the side for kids to play. Our tech kept us informed of each process and did an amazing job of cleaning out the broken glass. They were right on with the time frame and was the cheapest with in a 2hr drive (with not using our insurance) and got us in the next morning.

My wife scheduled to have her windshield replaced with Safelite. When I got to take a look it was not a great experience. -Missing the rearview mirror mounting hardware. Technician came back and I removed it from previous windshield. -Lower molding installed over the fender instead of under it. I was able to reinstall. -Bent uniden hardware on removal. -large gaps with the molding on one side leaving a gap that wasn't there before. They told my wife that it's just cosmetic and didn't fix the issue.

First, I had to call the technician back because he left with the correct mount to my review mirror and had not installed my review at all. Next, I had to take the window cowell trim pieces off and reinstall them because they were installed incorrectly. Finally, I was concerned with the install as it will cause water to gather and sit at the top of the frame. I called customer service. They referred me to the shop manager. The manager referred me to my tech. My tech told me the weather stripping that I was concerned with was only cosmetic. I provided pictures to my tech to show him why I was concerned. Still he insisted nothing was wrong with the install. Now, I will have to take it to a body shop to correct the mistake so that I don't end up with frame rot around my windshield. Truthfully, I will do that going forward as I have zero confidence to use Safelite in the future.
