Safelite AutoGlass

JOE the tech was AWESOME. Just contacted them by internet it took about 2 minutes to fill my info and was sooo very easy! Awesome service I would highly recommend Safelite to everyone! He was very professional, very nice and cleaned up every little piece of glass. My rear windshield shattered into a million pieces, something hit it on the highway. I was just reading a review that she was mad about a rubber piece missing on her door. I just want to say a comment to her. Unfortunately the ins. Co. Only cover's the glass not anything to do with anything else. My back windshield wiper motor was also broken off, I went to dealer to try to get the plastic piece that attached it to the car, I was told you have to buy the whole motor for 417.00 they don't just sell the plastic piece, so it was not your company's fault to replace her rubber piece unfortunately that is seperate from the glass. If you want to blame someone blame the ins. Co. Nothing else is covered but the glass! I want to Thank JOE and Safelite for the AWESOME SERVICE I RECEIVED! Thanks "JOE" YOUR AWESOME!

Great work by Nathan and the team at Safelite West Springfield. My 2018 Audi Q5 had its windshield smashed by a big slab of ice that flew off a large delivery truck that had just gotten on the turnpike. I wish truck drivers were held more accountable for ice buildup because you see ice flying off their trucks in the winter all the time. I was very lucky it didn’t break through the windshield because that could’ve been catastrophic. Safelite replaced the windshield, transferred the inspection sticker and recalibrated the camera on the rear view mirror with no issues. Nice work Safelite!

The tech did a great job of communicating before coming out, and about his arrival time. He what he was going to do very clearly, and was personable and professional throughout. He arrived when he said he would, during the appointment window, and got the job done quickly. When the job was done, he did a great job of explaining what not to do until the adhesive set on my windshield, as well. He worked neatly and there was no sign he'd been there (aside from the new windshield, of course) when he left. Honestly, great experience overall.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! An object thrown up from the highway nicked and cracked my windshield. My insurance company app would only allow me to address the inspection 2 or more days later. I decided to swing by Safelite West Springfield immediately after the incident to see if there was any way I could expedite the fix/replacement that afternoon. Safelite welcomed me and George said the windshield could be repaired right away. I was all set and back on the road in less than an hour!

They damaged my car! Do NOT bring your vehicle here! I had to bring my Mercedes back 4 separate times due to the technicians not knowing how to adjust my wipers properly. They broke a piece that my rear view mirror is connected to, then tried putting it back on with sticky tape. The technicians ripped my interior as well as seen in the pictures. Very unprofessional and rude. They also left my car very dirty and it appears they stepped on the trim pieces. Not even worth the “free” installation after taking time off work to get to these appointments. I would rate 0 stars if I couldNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My car unfortunately was one of the college students cars that had to deal with break ins. My back passenger window was smashed and because I have an older Kia, the glad couldn’t be replaced right away. And then with a holiday long weekend in there as well, it took longer to get the glass. However, Safelite did everything that they could possibly do including give me advice on how to bag up the car window until it can be serviced. Then on the day of service, Joe, my Safelite representative was very friendly! He communicated to me when he would be there and didn’t make me wait long at all. We went over the car to ensure that anything on the car was prior damage or from the window break itself (such as scratches, paint peels or dents) to ensure nothing else was damaged, and then he did his work and it was done and replaced in about 40 minutes. He called me when it was done and went over everything with me and the whole time was friendly and did it with a smile. He also went over everything with the car and made sure to show me every part of the car door and window making sure it goes up and down and works properly. He ended his service with a firm handshake and a smile with even a happy thanksgiving right afterwards. Very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them as they were very helpful, especially to me as a female college student.
