I booked appointment online and it was changed a few days before install to 2 weeks ahead. Technician drove this van over my lawn and left trash on the ground. The reset/ calibration failed and the car was not drivable. After too many calls to customer service and install warranty dept. still no call back after 7 days. They refuse to reimburse if a dealer fixes problem. nightmare. Now they want me to bring to a location 40 mins. away. It could take 2 hours or days if they don't have windshield. Customer service impossible to get ahold of. Store doesn't have a number listed on website. Shop number I got from CS doesn't work. Not a good experience.

Do not go here. I got my windshield replaced and when they called me back they told me they broke a piece of my car not even part of the windshield. It was the hosing to move the seat back. Really are you serious ???????????? They blamed it on the person wearing the shoes that work there. How about you be careful doing your job. Oh and they are paying for it because I’m not paying $400 to have it replaced. Go to another place because these people are careless. They also said they cleaned all the glass on the car. The windows were never done. What exactly do they do over there?????

I'm always happy with this place. Everything i go in i get great customer service. On my most recent visit there was a problem and I was going to have to reschedule my appointment because they had a call out. I asked if I could leave the car there in case a spot opened up since I was renting a car anyway. Mikhail said I could which was great. I dropped the car off as soon as they opened and luck was on my side they were able to get me in since another person was a no show for their appointment. Such kind people here who really will do the best they can to serve you. They are straight forward and upfront and make no promises but they really do try their best and that's all one can ask for.

Extremely terrible service had my BMW serviced there. Which I didn't have to do and never will again. Upon arrival I removed my cell phone holder and dash cam from the windshield to make the technicians job easy as possible! The technician then proceeded with the job. Now my dash cam I paid to install and was wired directly into my 12v power rear view mirror the tech then proceeded to cut the power wire away from the mirror. So when I received the car I asked what happen they then explained we don't cover anything aftermarket. So if they don't cover it why would they touch it? Safelight now refuses to do anything to resolve the situation. And I've had to buy a new dash cash just so I can drive and have the dash cam connected. But now there's a wire that comes down off the dash cam and I have to plug into a 12 volt connection like a cigarette lighter style. Extremely displeased with the service. Attached is photo of wire.

Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable Techs made the difference! I have been to this shop before! The manager greeted me upon arrival, the waiting are was clean and had a TV stocked with plenty of Treats and Drinks! Please make sure your insurance approves the replacement before you arrive at the shop! I did my appointment online, it was so easy! My car was finished early! I would highly recommend New Bedford Safelite AutoGlass to anyone that appreciates old fashion service!

They fixed the windshield on my boyfriends BMW but he had an "after market" (their words) dash cam installed not in anyway was it interfering with the windshield he's a mechanic amoung many other things dealing with electronics but long story short They cut the cord after he took it all down no need to have done that. When he asked for an explanation or for it to be fixed They simply said "it was frayed we have a picture no fraying done at all and that they "won't touch after market dash cams" so why did they in the first place. The man was very rude he works and picked the car up during closing so that was it the kid said he had to go nothing they could do! Very unprofessional!
